Everything went well. The staff member assisting me was knowledgeable and helped me select the correct filter for my furnace. The only issue was that the box arrived slightly damaged, and a few of the filters were slightly bent on one side, during delivery. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

United Filter is a local Canadian company. Their filters are good quality. I have been using them for over 5 years now. It's great that the have their phone number and web site info printed on the filter edges. It makes it much easier to reorder when I run out. A perk is their free shipping.

The ordering process on the website was fine; however, getting the order put together and shipping is lacking. Placed my order on Oct 4th and tracking still says “sorting it out” at the shipper. I understand that there were 2 weekends and a holiday but today is the 6th business day and they apparently still aren’t in the road.
