Great service . Haven’t tried the filters yet but the price is excellent and will buy all my filters from you in the future. I have 7 filters in my home so it really makes a difference

I placed my order Feb 5th. I received an order number and told an email would be sent when the order was filled. Received nothing in a week and a half so l called and was told it was on backorder and they should get more in that day. I expected my order within the week. Never received an email to confirm my order had been filled. Made a second and my order was placed immediately. I received and email right away confirming. I'm assuming my order got missed. An email saying backordered would have been nice. I have ordered directly from you in the past and had no issue.

The amazon listing was unclear about the correct dimensions of the filter, so I decided to check out the manufacturer’s site. It took a minute but I was able to find the exact size of filter I needed. After I placed my order, I received an email double-checking whether I had the correct model, since I would have to pay for return postage. The shipment arrived much sooner than expected. With shipping, I might have spent a few dollars more than on the other site (where the filters cost more to begin with), But the peace of mind that I had ordered the right thing is more than worth it to me. I will definitely order direct again.

Purchasing from United Filter saves me money, time and energy. Excellent product and selection and if you can store a box of 12 filters in your basement, this company has you covered! A box of 12 filters cost me $89. 99 plus tax would have cost me $250. 00 plus tax for comparable filters at Canadian Tire.

Online ordering was easy - with "actual size" listed for the filters I needed. Confirmation of sizing was completed. Shipping was prompt. Arrived a little more than a week later. All three filters had minor tears in the size of the cardboard frame. Delivery box did not appear damaged. Filter quality appears good.

I have been ordering from United Filter for a few years now. Have not had any problems. My most recent order came damaged. Outside box and one filter were damaged. I contacted the company more than a week ago, but have heard no response. Hopefully this review will get their attention.
