Great, they even email to double check actual size I want. IN Future I would like to be able to get this size as a MERV13 instead of MERV11. BUT STILL VERY SATISFIED. Actual Size 20-1/4" x 25-3/8" x 5-1/4" * what you purchased

Hi, I received the box of 12 filters and 6 of them are poorly constructed. Usually the pleating is straight and even across the frame but these are not. Four of them have open corners you can see right through. The frame on one from the centre of the box has been somewhat crushed. I can probably repair these to make them usable but this should not be necessary. They seem like a box of reject filters that somehow were allowed to be purchased. Shipping and delivery was fine. I have pictures of the defects if customer service would like to see them.

The filters were delivered on a wet snowy day. They were set down on slushy snow. I was there to take them in immediately, and managed to dry the filters before all 6 were permanently damaged. The box was soaked during the 10 seconds that it rested on the ground. I would urge you to add an extra layer of protection so they don't become wet and ruined. Perhaps bagging them before putting them in the box. I don't think a "Do not get wet" note on the box would be sufficient. Besides that I'm happy with the product and the delivery time. Thank you
