I ordered and received my new pieces in a timely manner Unfortunately, the other pieces I need were out of stock I was delighted to order them through Amazon

4 wheel spinner is front heavy. When a bag is riding on top, this suitcase is very unstable and tips over easily. This makes it almost completely unusable for me.

This backpack is light and comfortable. It's extremely well made and roomy. It allows me to pack everything I need in a carry on.

I am pleased with many aspects of the bag especially how well it rolls. Disappointed though that on its 3rd use, it came off the luggage belt with 2 zipper pulls gone. Now I have to find someone to repair the bag.

Hello, the product is good. In fact better than I expected. I used it for a business trip this week and it kept me organized for flight and performed well. However, I am not impressed with Travelpro’s use of Purolator to deliver your products. Their service was slow and took three efforts to deliver it to me. Twice Purolator advised that they tried to deliver it and said I wasn’t home. In fact, I was home both times. You might say that is a problem for me to address with Purolator but as far as I am concerned it is your problem because I will not purchase luggage from you as long as you are using Purolator.

We were recommended Travelpro as being the right size and efficiency for Japan. We go tomorrow and the packing was a delight. I am sure the trip will be all the better for using your medium and carry on cases!

The suitcase that I ordered were not the sizes I want it. I would state that in the advertisement the sizes should be listed and it was not the case in my purchase. Secondly, I want to congratulate you on your excellent return procedures. You could not have been better I appreciate the intelligence that went into the entire process. It was smooth and the credit was processed very quickly and satisfactorily. I am the proud owner one of your products and have Travel far and why for 10 years with my trusty suitcase. It is still going strong. I wanted to purchase an identical one for my husband and unfortunately, there are none available. I live in. Hope to see this product advertise soon.

The online purchasing process was clear, efficient and timely. The Crew Classic luggage was attractive (grey), right size, light weight and easy to manoeuvre. The product was reasonably priced compared to similar brands; bought 2X sets and so far I'm fully satisfied with both my purchase and my luggage sets.

I liked everything about this Platinum Elite compact carry on. I carefully planned my wardrobe as I was away for 19 days in Spain. I did attach an underseat weekender which kept personal items within reach on planes and buses. When I ordered, I was unable to buy the matching underseat to my Platinum Elite carry-on. I would stil like the set to be matched in style and colour

Smooth rolling and lots of compartments

Wonderful experience once again ordering luggage from Travelpro Canada. I needed to return my initial order, as I ordered wrong size. Easy process and quick refund. I reordered correct size crew classic carryon and am very happy with this purchase. This is my 4th piece of Travelpro luggage.
