arrived damaged and so did the replacement with same damage, so there is a manufacturing problem and they won't now honour warranty. As this seems to be a know issue it should be covered and items should not be sent out with damage. very poor customer service for this.

Great product, poor after sale support! You can no longer call for issues, only email and I've waited more than a week for a response to my last email and still nothing! Although I get regular emails from them asking me to write customer reviews. . . lol

I was disappointed that the carry on hard shell was tiny in comparison my old travel pro one, which finally gave up the ghost. The medium size suitcase is great through.

Awesome quality

The order arrived with no damages the day before it was supposed to arrive. It came from Quebec and not the USA. The carryon arrived solo and the medium was inside the large suitcase. The suitcases are light, very durable and roll with ease. So much better quality than the ones I have.

The help to unlock the combination to the suitcase was useless at best. I like the suitcase so I broke into the lock and I will be using a tiny key lock to secure it. There should be a key provided in the event that someone like me and yes it was my fault that I forgot to right down the numbers (but I'm pretty sure I used the correct ones) the lock was not going to give. In fact when I got into the interior of the lock mechanism it would not disengage.

I received my luggage pretty quickly. I haven’t used it yet but I will be using it for the first time on the 31st of March. When I took it out of the box I could tell by just looking at it that better quality materials were used to make it. I can’t wait to see how it works at the airport! Love the color Ensign Blue as well!!

Shipping could have been faster. . . . 10 days from Ontario to British Columbia. . . . tracking info had it sitting in one place for about 5 days. Very good shipping packaging. . . . and comes with a nice cloth dust cover for when it is travelling in your closet.

Great bag, Horrible customer service. In spite of an advertised 15% discount on a Platinum Elite bag, the promo code didn't register at checkout. Several calls to customer service bots and live agents couldn't rectify the issue as they had no idea what promotions were current, gave invalid replacement codes, put the onus on the customer to prove the promotion existed, didn't follow up when promised or when customer service tickets were created, and wasted a huge amount of my time. Ghosting is how they handle customer service. I have no faith in this company or their staff to correct this situation and apply the advertised discount. Bottom line. . . . false and misleading advertising
