Product looks excellent but haven’t used it yet. Travelpro only put part of my address on the shipping label so there was a delay of almost 2 weeks in the delivery process through Purolater.

I purchased a suitcase as a Christmas gift on Dec 5. The product was received quickly with no issues. Unfortunately the suitcase was larger than was desired so I processed a return on the website and sent it back for refund. This was just a few hours ago and I have already received an email stating the item was received and a refund has been made to my credit card! If there was an excellent option on the rating scale I would mark that.

The Maxlite® 5 25" Expandable Spinner was purchased as a gift in an orchid colour - great colour to easily spot on the conveyer belt, etc when travelling. The interior and exterior pockets add additional space to separate and organize travel items and the expandable space is well designed to balance weight and prevent luggage from tipping.

everything is good! just the zipper handles are a bit clumsy and they dont rotate freely and smoothly.

So I order the max 25” suitcase. I received and everything is great except it was missing one closer for front zipper .
