had no problem site was easy to use

Excellent product, high quality.

Amazing quality and delivery speed

Don't know if my expectations are unreasonable given my rollaboard is pretty old. It is in amazing condition, so I was disappointed that I couldn't get a replacement wheel. Seems a huge shame to have to write it off. . . :(

I have the older model of TravelPro suitcase and bought the new version of Max Lite. I really like it but it lacks the top small zipper compartment. Then I bought the carry-on as a companion and this one has that small extra zipper compartment on top! The inner lining could be more exciting then light grey though.

Excellent website and easy to navigate. Quality products that last.

Perfect size, well made and very functional. Delivery was flawless.

The entire process from start to finish was impressive. This is a well-managed company. They are just not a brand but a philosophy to provide good products and good customer experiences.

Love my international carry on!

I was disappointed as mistakenly ordered the wrong case and didn’t have time before my trip to exchange it. I wanted a spinner style but ordered a 2 wheeled pull case by mistake.

I ave the midsize suitcase plus the backpack to use for longer trips. I love the way the backpack and the suitcase become one.

Communication and shipping were easy.

The product shipped on time. The luggage tag dome was broken and I contacted the company. A replacement arrived several days later.

Very happy with the quality of this product. Thank you!

Nous avons acheté deux valises moyennes pour notre voyage en Suisse et nous avons constaté qu’elles sont non seulement jolies mais elles sont logeables et résistantes. Ça semble un produit de qualité à un prix abordable.

excellent quality -- love how light and sturdy this piece of luggage is.

Excellent products and point of sale experience. The first item I bought was too small because I mismeasured. The process of returning the item for the correct size was expertly handled by Travel Pro and frictionless from a customer standpoint.

Came as advertised. I love it. Hope it holds up long term. Looks like it will
