I'm happy with the different pieces of luggage from Travelpro. It's well made and laid out nicely. I really like the suitcase that I can lay out dresses and hubbies suits. They arrive not wrinkled. The zippers are of good quality and the wheels are well made. This year we added the small carry on that is made to slip over the handle of the large suitcase. . It stays put once its on. I have a few more things to order next time

I have only used the suitcase once for a seven day trip. I bought the 29”. in slate green but it’s more gray. It got really dirty the first trip and looks already well used. The sides sag and zippers slide open on travel so you need to lock. Even the expandable opened while in transit. Not happy with it.

Exactly what a carry-on should be!

I bought this for 300$, what a steal! The build quality is well worth it, no regrets on the price for the product I received. The name is synonymous with trust from aircrews, and it shows in the hard shell, in the zipper, the wheels and the inside lining. The handle is wobbly, I still havent found a brand thats managed to eliminate it fully except for Monos, but those are the Rolls Royce of suitcases, not exactly for your everyday traveller. If you can snag it for under 450$, you are not doing too bad for yourself.

I ordered it and it was here within two weeks. I also ordered another bag to go with it and it arrived in just over a week nicely packaged.

The Platinum Elite 21" spinner received was a brand new unit. Not so for the 29" spinner which appeared to be a demo unit (that was easy to see by simply comparing the packaging of the 21" unit vs the 29" one). I wasn't happy about that. I thought of reaching out to exchange it but unfortunately I was too close from my other trip. Gor the moment, I cannot rate the after sale service. Besides that situation, shipping time and keeping contact during shipping went great.

Absolutely terrible customer service experience trying to resolve the application of a discount code prominently displayed on the website. Like too many companies today travelpro does not let you speak with a real person
