I used my medium suitcase recently. The zippers are strong and the case is strong. Light weight too!

Ordered item by mistake. Send email immediately (within 2 minutes) to cancel - advised could not as order already processed. Actually did not ship until the next day. I again contacted and after few emails stated I could return item and to advise them of the shipping charges so I could be credited. I had wanted to used my discount for signing up and I also had a 15% discount code. I was able to enter in and did apply both. The order I sent by mistake had only the sign up bonus Did ask why not both as not the same. Was advised could not. The item does seem to be good quality and the three year warranty also great. Too much hastle to return so will keep however disappointed in the customer service side especially

arrived damaged and so did the replacement with same damage, so there is a manufacturing problem and they won't now honour warranty. As this seems to be a know issue it should be covered and items should not be sent out with damage. very poor customer service for this.

Great product, poor after sale support! You can no longer call for issues, only email and I've waited more than a week for a response to my last email and still nothing! Although I get regular emails from them asking me to write customer reviews. . . lol

I was disappointed that the carry on hard shell was tiny in comparison my old travel pro one, which finally gave up the ghost. The medium size suitcase is great through.

Awesome quality

The order arrived with no damages the day before it was supposed to arrive. It came from Quebec and not the USA. The carryon arrived solo and the medium was inside the large suitcase. The suitcases are light, very durable and roll with ease. So much better quality than the ones I have.
