Shipping could have been faster. . . . 10 days from Ontario to British Columbia. . . . tracking info had it sitting in one place for about 5 days. Very good shipping packaging. . . . and comes with a nice cloth dust cover for when it is travelling in your closet.

Perfect, quality, as described.

I bought the medium check in. I was looking forward to receiving it. I like that both sides of the luggage zipper on the inside. Makes for a more secure packing experience. What I bound tho, is that using the luggage for the very first time, I experienced the wheels getting stuck on a couple of small pieces of plastic on the ground. It was surprising, and disappointing. Not happy overall for the price of the luggage.

Great customer service especially in dealing with a change in models.

I received the suitcases and they are just what I needed, lightweight and easy to maneuver; I will look forward to using them in the summer.

I like the capacity and various compartments. I feel the band holding the bag to my suitcase should be more rigid. The bag hangs over the suitcase somewhat.

Light weight. Can't wait to use it next week.

This was my second Travel Pro purchase, the first being 10 years ago for a lightweight soft sided set. In December, I purchased the Travel Pro xTravel + Leisure Medium Check-In and Compact Carry-on in the White Sand colour. Never have I been so disappointed in a luggage purchase. I used the medium checked bag for one trip with return, a direct flight, and the luggage is covered in black, dark grey, and blue scuffs on every side that I cannot remove. It looks terrible, never have I had luggage look so damaged. As well the heavy weight of 12. 3 pounds put us over the 50 pound limit and we had to move all our shoes to our carryon. The carryon, without the expansion zipper, is over the 9 inch allowable limit if you pack it full. Thus, I was not able to pack as much in the carryon due to size or the medium checked bag due to weight. I would not recommend this set for air travel.

The luggage is really nice looking and rolls smoothly which I would expect given the cost. Time will tell how well it holds up and how well they stand by the warranty if that day comes.

Good product but rather big to be used as a personal item/underseat tote.

I'm happy with the different pieces of luggage from Travelpro. It's well made and laid out nicely. I really like the suitcase that I can lay out dresses and hubbies suits. They arrive not wrinkled. The zippers are of good quality and the wheels are well made. This year we added the small carry on that is made to slip over the handle of the large suitcase. . It stays put once its on. I have a few more things to order next time

I have only used the suitcase once for a seven day trip. I bought the 29”. in slate green but it’s more gray. It got really dirty the first trip and looks already well used. The sides sag and zippers slide open on travel so you need to lock. Even the expandable opened while in transit. Not happy with it.
