I was disappointed as mistakenly ordered the wrong case and didn’t have time before my trip to exchange it. I wanted a spinner style but ordered a 2 wheeled pull case by mistake.

I ave the midsize suitcase plus the backpack to use for longer trips. I love the way the backpack and the suitcase become one.

Communication and shipping were easy.

The product shipped on time. The luggage tag dome was broken and I contacted the company. A replacement arrived several days later.
