We’ve been very pleased with our Travelpro carryon suitcase therefore we felt most confident ordering a duffle bag. Although we paid full price we noticed upon delivery that the price dropped significantly online. We contacted Travelpro customer service and were greeted by Marouan. Upon explanation he reimbursed our credit card a very suitable amount and left us once again extremely pleased with the Travelpro company.

The luggage passed the ultimate test - Lisbon “The City of 7 Hills” among other European cities with cobble stone roads.

I would make a few changes and add compression straps to each side.

We bought two sets of travel pro luggage for ourselves a few years ago, we love them so much that we bought sets for our kids.

Boyfriend doesn't fly often but travels a lot by car living out of suitcases. The luggage is very well designed with lots of little organizational pockets and features.

Shipping was prompt - we recieved them within a week or placing our order. The quality was very good, lightweight and easy to pack and organize, as well as carry around on trains and planes. The website was easy to navigate. Overall, we found them to be a little pricey but worth the investment.

I returned a Versapack carry on luggage on Sept 5 and received confirmation on Sept 8 that the return was received and that payment would be issued in 5-7 days. Called on Sept 15 enquiring about the refund and was advised that it will be processed the following week. Still no refund on Sept 22 so I called again and was advised to wait until the end of the month? Serious doubts about using travelpro. ca and ordering product. I have 4 Travelpro carry on bags so obviously I stand by the Travelpro product, 2 of which are elite, however, now I am not sure if I should be looking elsewhere for other brands ...

I had a luggage that had paid its dues over 20 years and it had made its last voyage. Bought this one to replace my old one and it’s really nice. Love the blue colour, good size, super light compared to my old one. I won’t be using it until next year but looks like it will hold up nicely. Great price point too. I’m satisfied with my purchase.

I haven’t used the suitcase yet but it is a replacement for another Travel Pro I had. A wheel was broken, but I am pretty sure Air Canada did that.

Your site gives the impression products will be delivered in a few days - but once you check out you find out a new delivery date.
