The product quality is excellent and the service and shipping were timely.

Ordered 4 each, 18" long wood boring 5/8" drill bits. First drill bit drilled about 1/2 of the way through an 8" piling, with a LOT of effort, and just stopped cutting. Inspected the bit tip. It was DULL! 2nd drill bit drilled just fine through about 16 more pilings just fine, no effort at all, and still sharp! I haven't tried the other two bits yet. I guess the first bit was defective or something, but I'm not about to try this brand again. . . .

Remarkably poor customer service. I chose this company because they prioritized fast delivery. The part was delivered to the wrong address. Toolstoday made me jump through hoops and visit houses in my neighborhood. After determining it wasn’t anywhere in my neighborhood, they fobbed me off to a third party, Route, where I have to start this process all over again. I am told it is typically a week before claims are resolved and replacements are shipped. As of now, Route has my claim sitting in their inbox, unseen.

To begin with in the website it was easy for me to find everything I needed, every time I shopped. For me though, all the difference is in shipping. From other US shops things take 3-4 weeks until they’re delivered is Switzerland (unless you want to pay a small fortune). With a very fair shipping price my orders have been delivered within 3-4 days. No issues with packaging, customs, whatsoever. Other than that I have two small issues. A really minor one is the password which I have to get through email every single time, but in the end of the day it’s a minor inconvenience. What I find annoying though is that I can’t see my previous orders. So unless I keep track of what I’ve bought there’s no easy way for me to order it again. Yes I use the wishlists but it’s still a bad experience, at least for me, not seeing what I bought in the past.
