I really like the tools offered at great prices but wish ordering online was possible. I must have tried at least 4 times to order my router bits and the site kept me going in a loop by constantly asking to select shipping method which was already done. The moment I press place order, it would again go to select shipping method. Finally just called it in and ordered. I would much rather buy online.

I needed help in finding tapered drill bits to fit the Amana countersinks. I e-mailed on Sunday and received my answer within an hour. I don't think these people go home. It was a great help. Oh, and the Amana counter sinks and tapered drill bits work fantastic!
