I never got my package I would like my money back if I yall won’t sent me my package

I spent $707. 40 with ToolsToday and was preparing another purchase of roughly $700 when I contacted customer service with a routine question about a promotion. I understood the company could say no. A professional explanation would have ended the matter. Instead, Kevin turned the conversation into an attack on my character and honesty. He treated me like I was trying to take advantage of the company, lectured me about my motives, and spoke to me in a hostile and deeply condescending manner. When I objected to the personal accusations, Kevin doubled down and ended the exchange with what came across as a sarcastic dismissal. ToolsToday did issue an RMA, so I am not claiming the return was refused. My complaint is the appalling way Kevin treated a paying customer. I am returning the unopened, unused order, abandoning the additional purchase I was preparing, and taking my future tooling business elsewhere. This should never be considered acceptable customer service.

The products are great; the problem I had started with the shipment, which included a catalog not declared on the invoice, and then was delayed. The DHL customs advisor then asked me for many things related to the invoice that were out of my hands. Fortunately, Toolstoday helped me out with a second shipment that went smoothly and arrived in a few days. The whole thing took too much, but it had a good ending.

1/4" shank 3/16" top bearing router bit broke in the first pass. Do better.

I ordered a saw blade. Tools today shipped it UPS. It was shipped on June 26th. Apparently the blade was lost at the UPS shipping facility in Schertz Texas. I contacted Toolstoday who contacted UPS and confirmed the delay. I was told to file a claim with UPS, which I Did. The UPS website shows they are doing an “investigation”. That was a week ago and no contact from Toolstoday or from UPS. I don’t understand why I have to be responsible for this. Toolstoday selects the shipper, not the customer. I don’t see why Toolstoday doesn’t take ownership with this problem…

Hi Three items we have bought from you are terrible and needs to be returned. That is three out of 10 items bought. The round nose bit is too flexible and flexes too much at the recommended speed. The tool is not stiff. Second and third items are extensions that are not even entered and are terrible products also. These items are not fit for purpose and are not fit to be sold. I would like a number to call or email to have them returned for a refund please.
