Great level of service even down to identifying parts, the only issue I personally don’t like paying delivery costs

Perfect for my job and delivered in good time

Absolutely superb service from start to finish.

Reasonable price & prompt delivery

arrived as promised

My Grundfos pump gave out after 28 years! Not bad? Their equiv chart pointed me at a pump circa £588. This typically available more like £232. When I fell upon yours at £39, I was dubious. Bought it, got it, fitted it. So quiet you'd hardly know it was there, let alone working. The old pump was running at number two speed; this one heats all of the rads at just speed number one. One excellent piece of kit at an unbelievable price.

Very helpful in selecting the correct part that I needed, perhaps the packaging could have been a little better
