Ordered a new cylinder and dry tundish for a install. The cylinder came directly from gledhill who missed delivery day. The team at unvented components europe were absolutely fantastic. Chased the order and the cylinder arrived emergency drop at 6. 30am. Outstanding company will definitely use them again.

Had to change a slightly unusual inlet control group. The lady I spoke to about the particular one I needed could not have been more helpful or done more to get the right part. You guys and gals rock ! Needless to say fitted perfectly and fixed the issues ….

Ordered a thermostat with express delivery as we had no heating upstairs. Easy to order online and great price. Unfortunately, Parcel Force were totally useless and despite my wife staying home specifically they failed to deliver on three occasions over a two-week period. Phoned Unvented out of desperation and they couldn’t be more helpful. Replacement item couriered the day (DPD) and arrived on time the following day. That’s what I call service! Thank you Unvented.
