The product is as advertised. Instructions were clear. Product is well made, sturdy and easy to assemble. The only issue is the stickers to cover the hardware don't adhere

i love the bed frame - seems to be great quality so far. def have to be careful not to bang your shins on the sides but that doesn’t bother me and i understood that when i bought it. my biggest issue was that the directions were very difficult to work with and it made that process quite frustrating. it was extremely vague, had incorrect information, and didn’t explain how to use some parts.

Fantastic topper. Definitely breathed new life into our bed. Far more comfortable than the one it replaced. Love that it is all natural materials.

We love our futon. It is very comfortable and cozy the minute we we lie down. And it feels like a very healthy sleep without chemicals.

The mattress pad is nice. I wish it didn't have writing on it. Otherwise, no notes!

The shipping was a little delayed with when the products said that they were going to arrive but overall great!

Pretty straight forward

All good except the instructions are not printed well and hard to read. Also, I need to order more dowels to make the modifications we originally ordered. Not sure how follow-up works there.

I purchased one and LOVE it!! This is my 2nd Shiki Futon Mattress - I put this one in my guest room. I am excited for my son to visit over the holidays and try it out. Thank you for all you do!
