I love my new dog beds! I ordered the first one and then came across some negative reviews about the company, which made me nervous. When the bed arrived, however, I was extremely pleased. It was so well made and exactly what I had hoped for that I ordered a second one, and it was just as perfect as the first. I am very happy to have comfortable dog beds made from materials that feel safe for my dogs.

Everything was great, love the futon. Only thing to improve would be assembly instructions, but found a video online. Thank you! Very happy

Fit my 4in mattress well, color was what I expected. I've only had it a few days. Looks good and feels of good quality.

The shipping was fine - the futon was well packaged and arrived in good condition after traveling from CA to CT. I wish there was an in-house delivery service available.

The horsehair topper is great, it says cashmere is one of the materials used, but instead they used alpaca which is better (doesn’t mat as easily) for this use. With a wool mattress cover and a hybrid latex mattress this topper gets you very close to the feel of a Hastens mattress.

They fit well and seems to be performing well.

I believe in the high vibrations from wool and this pillow has been amazing keeping me cool and aligned during this pregnancy with chiropractic appointments. It is definitely super firm and full of wool. Well worth the price and if you need it softer you can take some of the wool out!

I just had a chance to sleep on the mattress and it was great. Very comfortable and had no aching back, hips or shoulders, which tends to happen to me on other mattresses. Good purchase. Shipping was on time and quick.

This was a gift for my daughter and she loved it. It was exactly what she wanted. The only negative thing was the problem with shipping. After over a month I was finally able to get an answer on shipping. They kept saying ( automated) that shipping was 2 weeks after order. Finally my daughter was able to talk to someone and after a few more days she was told it was shipped. Their customer service needs to be better.
