Service in South Florida is not good. Even though the delivery person refused to help me to bring this mattress to the bedframe initially, surprisingly he helped me move this mattress box to the bed frame. For which I am thankful.

I've really come to appreciate that, with thefutonshop, I can be confident I'm getting good quality, and ACTUALLY NO SYNTHETICS (which so many other retailers hide in their supposedly "all natural" products). Customer service is great, the company called me back promptly when I had questions. However, I don’t like the policy about returns since it wasn’t a custom order (restocking fee and return only for another futon cover). Thankfully it fits great and the color is beautiful.
