Pillow arrived quickly; didn't love the plastic bag they were wrapped in; the material seems high quality and I appreciate the organic cotton; the zipper on one is a bit janky and sticks easily and I don't love that. Overall, I'm happy with them and would recommend.

As expected, good shipping

Shipping was through Maersk and they were kind difficult to deal with. They lost one of a mattresses and were giving us straight answers. However we were able to work with the futon shop and they were quick and easy in getting out a replacement mattress to us which we were grateful for.

Firm but comfortable

I recently bought a mattress, cover, and two pillow protectors. They've been amazing so far. I've already recommended the mattress to a friend who also likes a minimalist, firm sleeping experience.

I absolutely love my new mattress, I went with medium firm and it feels like sleeping on clouds. (get the handles)

I amazed how comfortable this matress out of the box… very little odor… was thinking It was going to be harder and would need a topper … not so…

The futon works well enough for me without a tatami mat as the shikibuton is firm to help me sleep. The futon may be expensive but was shipped in a relatively reasonable time frame and has good ROI so far.

Ive been to the San Marcos Branch and met Christopher and Gaurdil They were very professional and helpful, I prschased the mattress from Solana beach branch where Gaurdil was and made changes to my order at San Marcos where Christopher was, he made me try all types of mattresses they had in San Marcos and chose the right one for my medical condition. Today I picked it up where both were at San Marcos, they uploaded it to my truck. With this staff I am sure the store will have plenty of customers.

Kudos to David at the Futon Shop in San Francisco. We told him what we needed - and we had very specific restrictions, including that the mattress would have to work with our Murphy bed; i. e. , there were weight limitations, and yet we needed a firm mattress. David listened carefully to what we were asking for and delivered it in spades, including making adjustments after we received the mattress and found it to be too firm. He worked with us and now we have exactly what we were looking for. Again, kudos!

They’re knowledgeable when you’re purchasing the product…. seemed a little clueless when I tried to describe the issue with the insufficient parts (screws).
