i absolutely love this pillow! as someone who has suffered from chronic neck pain while sleeping this pillow helped so much. will never get bed products from anywhere besides here! love the organic eco friendly switch!

Fit my 4in mattress well, color was what I expected. I've only had it a few days. Looks good and feels of good quality.

The shipping was fine - the futon was well packaged and arrived in good condition after traveling from CA to CT. I wish there was an in-house delivery service available.

Pillows are very nice but shipping was slow.

Excellent customer service. Very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Wonderful Quality. I really appreciate the natural fibers. My sleep quality has improved and I am not waking up with loads of aches and pains.

Good communication and easy to get a hold of, as well. : )

The horsehair topper is great, it says cashmere is one of the materials used, but instead they used alpaca which is better (doesn’t mat as easily) for this use. With a wool mattress cover and a hybrid latex mattress this topper gets you very close to the feel of a Hastens mattress.

They fit well and seems to be performing well.

Quick shipping and the exact item I was looking for!

I believe in the high vibrations from wool and this pillow has been amazing keeping me cool and aligned during this pregnancy with chiropractic appointments. It is definitely super firm and full of wool. Well worth the price and if you need it softer you can take some of the wool out!

I just had a chance to sleep on the mattress and it was great. Very comfortable and had no aching back, hips or shoulders, which tends to happen to me on other mattresses. Good purchase. Shipping was on time and quick.

This was a gift for my daughter and she loved it. It was exactly what she wanted. The only negative thing was the problem with shipping. After over a month I was finally able to get an answer on shipping. They kept saying ( automated) that shipping was 2 weeks after order. Finally my daughter was able to talk to someone and after a few more days she was told it was shipped. Their customer service needs to be better.

Love it! Bought the twin size shikifuton and tatami mat for my 18 month old's first bed and she loves it. Great for her to crawl in and out and and just feels relaxing to be in, like home. The smell is great, in a wholesome non synthetic way.

Product is great but TERRIBLE shipping partner and experience

It worked perfectly and we have a functional futon couch again.

A beautiful Amish made futon frame was delivered. The communication and shipping was well coordinated. I am very pleased with the entire transaction.

Very convenient and good value.

transparent process, wonderful product. soooo glad i bought the latex pillows. the tips and guides TFS offers helped me select, and i feel so grateful for its clarity. i wanted to invest in a pillow that was natural, hypoallergenic, and would ease my pain. i’ve had them for over a week now and i have not woken up with neck aches or pain since. thank you! so excited to place my next order knowing i will be pleased.

Very comfortable mattress I have to say! Previously to sleeping on the futon mattress, I was bed sharing with my partner, and I found that I was getting interrupted sleep, and it was affecting the quality of my sleep. Once I slept on the futon mattress alone, my sleep has improved tremendously, especially when I have to get up early for work etc. Super comfortable and makes me feel good/safe that its 100% organic cotton. Great investment and I would highly recommend!
