The item (big bag of plum slate) was delivered to the wrong address, when I rang the depot I was put onto the driver who said he did not have my address details correctly on his paperwork, which is contrary to what was left on a voice mail. When the driver did deliver he told me I should change my address because it was confusing. He was also very unhelpful when it came to where the bag could be offloaded to.

I’ve used many building merchants over the years TG builders have surpassed them all with their services and products, the delivery drivers are so helpful as a disabled person I value this help highly. My latest delivery was just as good, the wood etc I ordered was exactly what I ordered good quality, when I need more I’ll be using them again
