Delivery driver was very helpful and placed the bag in the most convenient place for me. Stones are good quality and look good as a pathway.

Excellent service. Order delivered exactly as I requested. driver did really well spacing the bags on an elevated area obver approximately 8m which made it much easier to spread the stones many thanks to driver and customer service for this.

I placed an online order for collection. I was free earlier than I’d anticipated so I gave them a call to check I could pick it up as I hadn’t received the email confirming it was ready to collect. They were so helpful and a member of staff got my order ready and loaded my car as soon as I arrived. This is the second order I’ve placed with TG Builders Merchants and have no hesitation recommending them for both their customer service and product quality.

After a very poor experience with another builders merchant I was dubious about who to use. I am so pleased I chose TG Builders Merchants. I bought the same products I’d ordered from the other company but the quality of the products was far superior and it was delivered a couple of days after I placed the order. I can definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Good n helpful delivery driver

Ordered 8 internal doors and received a quote and all information at the counter. Excellent knowledge of product and delivery date. Doors arrived this morning as promised . Young man insisted he would load them into our garage for us, laid them all flat and even topped them with cardboard and wrote 'Doors. Do not sit on here' Perfect.
