Best type is merchant in the area imo.

As always with everything I’ve purchased over the years from TG Builders the service is outstanding, nothing too much trouble and always doing their utmost. Can’t praise them enough TBF, my go-to merchants for sure.

Great, no complaints. Competitively priced products and a friendly service from the chap who came to deliver, Paul, who was more than happy to accommodate various placements of bulk bags per my project. Even offered to turn the ones over that were placed inside their laying location.

Store was east to use, although had problems checking out on the evening Had to go back in the next day and then was able to check out. Delivery driver was excellent. Careful and very competent and helpfully asked where he could deliver the stones. Excellent product.

Fast and prompt delivery. Wood burns quickly which is expected being soft. What was unsatisfactory was that in the bottom of the bag it had been filled with shavings off the floor which had been shovelled in,not quite sawdust but pretty close. No need to fill the bag in this way.
