The item (big bag of plum slate) was delivered to the wrong address, when I rang the depot I was put onto the driver who said he did not have my address details correctly on his paperwork, which is contrary to what was left on a voice mail. When the driver did deliver he told me I should change my address because it was confusing. He was also very unhelpful when it came to where the bag could be offloaded to.
