Had a phone call just after placing my order online- very friendly person. Explained there wouldn't be enough slabs in their branch but would i like better quality ones delivered that day? I agreed and had great service off Ron who had included an extra slab due to one having a (tiny) chip. Excellent service all round.

Dealing with TG is never a problem, ordering was straightforward and delivery was great, the driver very helpful in placing the bags where I wanted them. The Melcourt topsoil however, wasn't quite what I expected, quite a heavy soil with a fair bit of clay, it will take a bit of working down to get the best from my raised beds.
