The website is good, the shoes are great but delivery took an awful long time. I ordered on 8/26 and they delivered on 9/16. I had to write emails and had to call before the package was shipped.

I’ve been trying to purchase a Yonex Ezone 100 racquet for weeks & it’s Out of Stock. It’s impossible to apply any discount code when completing the cart purchase.

Avoid Tennis Express
I hate to leave a negative review, but I recommend avoiding Tennis Express. Bought two pairs of shoes and they had some type of warehouse issue. Literally didn't have the courtesy to notify me that the shoes were out of stock. I called five days later, because I needed my shoes for a match and they told me they were sold out. The other pair didn't fit well so I wanted to return them and they made me pay to return. Worse yet, I found the same shoes at Tennis Warehouse for cheaper! GO TO TENNIS WAREHOUSE INSTEAD - they ship out same day via air mail. And they include a return shipping label in the box, no calls, no paying extra to return in 2025. And they are cheaper for the same items. Tennis Express has no regard for customer experience and does not compete.

I placed an order trying out some demo racuqets, and the ones I selected were out of stock. But the demo team was very fast to get back to me and swap out a racquet that was in stock and fix my order.

Fraudulent purchaser
You never checked to see if this fraudster was a real person and let a thief try to purchase using my credit card. Didn't anything look fishy when they used it more than 10 time to purchase gift cards? I think you need better security!

Buy somewhere else for less risk
Was offered a discount and then rejected the discount until I could prove it to them with a screenshot as they could’ve read it themselves in the same email thread. Strings that came with racquet broke on second hit and racquet itself was broke all the way through after 15 days of use. Offered 25 dollar credit for 330 dollars wasted on the products they shipped that were broken within two weeks of use. Shop at different websites for same price to not take the chance of having your products break early shortly after purchase.
