Never having ordered from your company before I had no previous experience to speak of I’ve mostly done my business with galls and a couple of other vendors here and there over my career of 30+ years because I needed this holster for Work. I paid an extra $29 to get it to me within 3 to 5 days express mail or whatever the supersonic mail Services, which USPS is a joke anyway but that aside after I ordered it, I saw the disclaimer of you having a 2 to 14 day processing. Which to me is totally amazing because I’ve ordered things from Amazon and they get here overnight or within 3 to 5 days no questions asked but always ahead of schedule so I failed to understand how I could be charged $29 for superfast service and still had to wait six days and again I needed this whole for work so I don’t think I’ll be ordering any other products from your company at this point, unless you make improvements on that 2 to 14 day processing. And by improvements, I mean, you should probably lower your rates for super fast mailing surfaces.

My 1st holster the screws weren’t tight my branded hellcat pro fell in gravel I was dumb enough to buy a second for my Glock 17 and there is zero retention could jus walk up behind me and disarm me no problem

The belt is awesome, great quality and the holster is one of a kind. My pistol fits snug doesn’t move around and love the color thanks for making great products

I miss the black burlap bags for the holster that you used to supply. I own like 20 holsters from you and they are in their bags with labels on them so I k ow what I got. Can I buy the bags separately?

Hello, I got the items in the mail and holsters for the Springfield Echelon and Sig 380 were great. The two issues I have are. I think the Springfield Echelon holster is a little to big and second issue is the two items I received I did the mystery shirt with both orders and both shirts where size small and I needed size large but that could of been my fault on shirt size but I don’t remember seeing a size choice when ordering

Holster is too tight overall I’ve loosened the Retention screws as much as possible and was able to get the gun fully in at least but still far too tight to even draw the gun probably going to return and try another brand unfortunate as this is my first ever custom holster.

I ordered a holster for my Sig Sauer 1911 Nightmare and a holster mount (which y'all said would be free if I bought the holster) WHAT I RECEIVED: 2 holsters and a holster mount at a cost of $177. 46 - $105. 00 more than I expected and when I contacted support - with the issue that the holster does not work - the hold fast bumps hold the pistol very tight. I needed to grind down in hold fasts to get the holster to kindof work . . many emails to support and just a response " sorry we are very busy. . . . " Terrible support - and they keep sending me emails to buy more
