I did receive the shoes I ordered in about 10 days…and shoes are good. However I never received an order confirmation nor any delivery status updates. I even attempted to use your support email feature but only got a canned acknowledgment of my request…tho no real status.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong grip size for my racquets late at night, emailed customer service right away. They respond the next morning, updated my order with the correct grip size. There was no delay in delivery and I received my racquets in two days. They were well packaged and beautiful with no blemishes. Wilson Shift 99L

Morning, the web site kept freezing up repeatedly and, making start over and again. . ; making you submit to putting in your credit card information.

Sent the wrong shoe, but rather than deal with the hassle of sending it back and waiting for the correct one I think we’re going to keep this one.

The initial delivery date was posted as 10/14. The actual delivery date was 10/15. The package arrived in good shape before 11:00 am The racquets were as per order ( to the correct specs). Except for the late delivery, no complaints (so far).

cancelled my order with an absurd and ridicules reason, terribly late reply to my query.

My order was delayed and when I reached out to the customer service they told me they were out of stock. No proactive communication and if I would’ve not checked the status I would’ve been still waiting for my order. The order was canceled eventually
