I am a recreational pickleball player averaging play about twice a week. I started out playing with Recess racquets - which are great for a beginner. Now, I'm playing at Casa Pickle in Houston (incredible club), taking lessons, and upping my play. Time for a more responsive racquet. Research led me to Pickleball Express which is tucked into Tennis Express on Westpark in HOU. Sean guided me to a Holbrook racquet - I had never heard of the brand - but I'm happy to say it performs for me. Big sweet spot, thin and lightweight, gritty - with a design face that doesn't look like an energy drink can. Super pleased and highly recommend.

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes on the Facebook special. Four weeks later I called to check on the order. I was told they were waiting for a shipment. I told them I was willing to wait and to keep my order active. Four weeks after that I was told they couldn’t fill the order, and were cancelling it and would refund my payment which had been made 7 weeks earlier. At that time, the shoe I was trying to purchase was being advertised on another special but at a higher price. Communication was terrible. I will think twice before buying from the company in the future.

You gave me an order number only to cancel it a day later because you didn't have it. Awful! What did I put in my cart if you were out of the item?

Giovanni was very helpful in letting me know there was an issue with my order. He offered me options and quickly resolved the issue in line with my wishes. The partial refund which I was due came through quickly.

I tried to order tennis shoes on two occasions. Both times there were no updates and then when I would check, I would be informed that they were not available. I will not order through this site again

The costumer service was excellent! We had back luck because we had to return the shoes twice, the only thing is FedEx, We wasted a lot of time receiving the order and the return both times. I repeat, Tennis Express's customer service was wonderful, that cannot be denied and is greatly appreciated. Many you could consider changing your shipping company. Thanks!

Ordered shoes that showed in-stock. They actually weren’t in-stock. They were dependent on a manufacturer over-supply. You accepted my money and then didn’t let me know that the shoes were never going to arrive. When I contacted your “customer service” you didn’t even offer me anything to acknowledge your “error. ” Don’t think this was an error or oversight. Think it was your intentionally deceptive business practice. Never order anything from you again and will tell my tennis group to do the same.

I never received my order. I was never notified that there was no stock for my order. I ordered it back in August.

Always remember he best service

Very disappointed. The racket was shipped unstrung even though I was charged for stringing. Instead of contacting me about the missing selection, they processed it anyway. I had to return it and wait for a replacement, and despite their mistake, no expedited shipping was offered. Poor communication and service.
