I bought a racquet for my kid Tuesday night, it was indicated on the website as arriving on Friday. Fedex (free shipping over $50)listed it as arriving on Friday. Then Fedex updated on Saturday, they Fedex indicated a "failed delivery" on Saturday, ahile nobody tried to deliver that day. They updated to Sunday. Never showed up: delivery was Monday evening. I contacted customer service and told me I should have selected the expensive 2 day pay delivery. No I shouldn't have: I should have had correct estimated delivery at the time of purchase. I should also have selected a company that actually cares about their chosen carrier (Fedex) lying repeatedly to their customers. Customer service email never addressed the issue with Fedex, told me that they had the delivery indicated on Monday (they did not when I bought it), and fundamentally put the blame on me by telling me that I should have spent more on delivery if I wanted it by Friday. I find that rude and told them so. Got a second customer care message telling me that the previous email was not rude, and offering a 25% discount (no code). No, I will shop elsewhere where people don't gaslight me about delivery estimates and don't pretend to give me lessons on what is rude or not.

The UI for the phone is pretty bad. Search function also isn’t that great either.
