It took a long time to get my order, and each time I called they said a week but to call back if I didn't receive the order. Then I had to email again to ask them to send them once I saw they were in stock. I received them today and there isn't anything that says what tension each racquet is set at

I bought k Swiss tennis shoes that are worn out after 3 months. The soles didn’t last. Must be defective. Tennis express are not replacing shoes.

the site took my order as most other sites do and provided a quick follow up email with order number and confirmation. But it was where human contact came into play that things went sideways. But this review is for the site and it seems to function fine.

Horrible customer service. Do not order from this website. . some agents are very rude some do not know anything. . . They cheat . Be careful in case if you have decided to buy anything in this website. . Please look other alternatives like amazon, tennis warehouse

Took the money without delivering product.
Tennis express should have informed me that my order was delayed. You were quick to take my money but now my order isn’t shipping for who knows how long. I didn’t know it was delayed until I inquired where it was.
