Shipping was fast and packaged well

Fantastic. Though there was at furst a processing problem with my payment methid, a staff member alerted me quickly, and I was thus able to redirect my payment.

Always a good experience doing business with Talas. Excellent quality products and very attentive costumer support.

So far so good.

Good people. There is text on the website about the products. People in the store are knowledgable and willing to explain.

The English paring knife is shipped dull—theoretically that is fine, but there should be a tutorial or at least some simple instructions about how to sharpen it.

Exquisite colors, translucent, strong yet vulnerable qualities.

Arrived on time and undamaged.

Great communication and expedient shipping!

Good

Quick Response, Issue is freight charge.

Great and on time with delivery, maybe even a day sooner than i expected.

Excellent product. Fast shipping

Talas has quality products at lower prices and definitely has lower shipping costs than some.

Knowledgeable customer service representatives by phone are pleasant and helpful.

My order arrived quickly and was very well packed.

I had trouble deciding what I needed based on website descriptions. However, the customer service email exchange I had was very helpful!

Great job

Good transaction. What I expect from any of my dealings. Nobody gets 5 stars unless they perhaps hand delivered my order in a few hours or asked how they could assist with it's use? (not that I needed either) This was just a 'plain Jane' transaction. . . . nothing more, nothing less. Would I buy here again?. . . . . . absolutely if they are the best price for the very specific item that I am shopping for. You treat me the way I expect, you get my business whether it is one item or 17 dozen.
