The English paring knife is shipped dull—theoretically that is fine, but there should be a tutorial or at least some simple instructions about how to sharpen it.

Good transaction. What I expect from any of my dealings. Nobody gets 5 stars unless they perhaps hand delivered my order in a few hours or asked how they could assist with it's use? (not that I needed either) This was just a 'plain Jane' transaction. . . . nothing more, nothing less. Would I buy here again?. . . . . . absolutely if they are the best price for the very specific item that I am shopping for.
