5 stars on the product 3 stars on delivery, don’t get delivered by the time it said it would. Don’t get me wrong I WILL be buying more just need to see how the first 2 come out looking for what I’m doing with them. Buy here just give yourself a little longer window of time.

Fantastic quality products and service

I bought two kits and both kits' covers are too small to allow for the headband and text block. The text block barely fits even without the headbands removed. They need a bit extra space on the top and bottom, a good 3/16 would be needed for both the top and bottom. I had to remove the headbands on both books just so they could fit and they just barely fit and they don't look as good without the headbands. Totally unhappy with these kits.

He requested custom, made archival boxes, and the process was extremely easy. The shipping was very fast, too.

Longtime customer, always pleased I purchased from Talas.

I was surprised at the fast turn around time. My paper was delivered with out any imperfections. I am really happy with my purchase.

Thank you. Shipping could be quicker. When we buy something online it means that we need it "yesterday". :)

Great!!

Great products and service

Very pleasant experience from start to finish . It was great to have such a quick resonse from Talas representative , Mr. Salik , to a query I had . . . and I have to say that my order was delivered surprisingly fast. Professionalism all round. Thankyou. Would I shop Talas again ? . . . . of course.

I haven't received the shipment yet. Why is it taking so long? I'm already thinking about asking for a refund.

The product was delivered in a timely and excellent manner.

Fair pricing, prompt shipping. much appreciated. Chuck Biddle Concept Art Gallery Pittsburgh, PA

Most knowledgable and helpful staff in the NYC paper world. Incredible selection.

Great paper and service and the shipping was fast

There is no better product, service, ownership !!! And delivery on time !!! Len Prince

Customer service is responsive, but I really don’t like the nickel-and-diming when it came to troubleshooting usability issues and then requesting a return when it was revealed to me that this thing actually cannot function with thick materials (they told me it’s the design of hollow punch tools in general but my hammer set works just fine). Would have preferred a full-refund. Would have accepted paying shipping. But asking me which bits are used/unused was a little too nickel-and-diming an issue that was more about inaccurate product description.

Good customer service

prompt and professional

I'm so glad I found this company because this was the only source I could find for the important ingredient I was looking for!
