I have purchased multiple books from Litjoy, they are always of such amazing quality and are pieces of art upon my shelves. They are always delivered carefully wrapped and I have never had one come damaged.

Have always had a good experience with Litjoy but feel you need some more Sci-Fi and more modern horror in your repertoire. Titles like the Lunar chronicles are a good start though. (Ps i dont count the Illuminae Files because of how you needed to fund it on kickstarter. ) As an official business i feel having to lean on kickstarter is a step backwards.

The hardcover design is gorgeous!! Definitely keeping the dust jacket off for display right now!

Being a book girlie I have many book subscriptions and I have to say that Litjoy staff are a pleasure to email and are quick with replying and always happy to help. Nothing is too much trouble. I had an issue with payment due to some unforeseen circumstances and they were so understanding and retried the payment on a date that suited me. This was a much better response/ experience than I’ve had with other book boxes when I’ve had similar issues. One even kicked me off the subscription for 1 issue! But not Litjoy they are an absolute pleasure and their books are gorgeous. I can’t wait for my TBR subscription this month :))

LitJoy is one of my all time favorite bookish shops! Both the special edition books and the merch are always gorgeous and the quality is superb. 10/10 all around!

Beautiful books and fun other products but terrible customer service. I ordered 6 starlight vials with other items on a closeout sale. 2 of them didn’t light up and I was asked to provide a video to prove it. Fine. Got a refund but I had asked for replacements since they were gifts. I was told they weren’t able to replace them. I got on the website and saw they were still in stock so asked why they couldn’t send them. I was told it was their policy not to. I asked if I used the refund money to place a new order, could they waive the $9 shipping and they said they could not. Went back and forth by email with each reply being an apology for the inconvenience but no other action to resolve the issue in what I thought to be a fair manner.

I love this box so far. I like that i get to choose my book and my items. The one thing that I would like as a change would be to choose both options for some of the tier prizes, potentially for a discounted price or something like that. Maybe the option to trade points to unlock additional tier items when we have them. Otherwise, I like that i can also buy the items from the store if they are in stock.
