I had a very personal, and unusual situation occur. I had pre-ordered the Outlander last year when it was initially announced, as a gift for my mom. Fast forward to this year, and it ships (yay!), but my mom is hospitalized. In the midst of this, nobody knows what happened to the package. Two months later, my mom passed away. I reach out to Litjoy via email/website about the order and how to resolve it. The person(s) I was in touch with were extremely courteous, professional and friendly during a very volatile time and were kind enough to ship a replacement to me. Now, I have a little piece of my mom by me always (Outlander was her favorite series, I wish she had gotten the chance to see her book at least once). I highly recommend Litjoy! Not just for the unbelievably beautiful books they produce, but for the fact that they genuinely seem to care about their customers.
