It was great to have such a quick resonse from Talas representative , Mr. Salik , to a query I had . . . and I have to say that my order was delivered surprisingly fast. Professionalism all round. Customer service is responsive, but I really don’t like the nickel-and-diming when it came to troubleshooting usability issues and then requesting a return when it was revealed to me that this thing actually cannot function with thick materials (they told me it’s the design of hollow punch tools in general but my hammer set works just fine). Would have preferred a full-refund. Would have accepted paying shipping. But asking me which bits are used/unused was a little too nickel-and-diming an issue that was more about inaccurate product description.

I ordered 12 sheets of amate paper, and it was beautiful and shipped quickly. There was an issue with the order -- I guess the website showed more paper available in one color than was available in the website, and they reached out to me promptly to let me know and adjusted the cost without any hassle. Great folks to work with. My only note: I wish there was more in stock!
