good source for paper and binding materials

Great!

Thank you for the care in packing the blotter paper order. It is a high-quality product and works perfectly for flattening my prints.

reliable

Love this product, I use it to mount heavy watercolor paper to ACM panels ans Gaterboard

I'm very glad I found you. I was unable to find the items I wanted here in Denver, even at very good art supply houses. Shipping was good, packaging very good. Thank you.

Great stuff, quick ship, minimal fuss, great price. No demerits.

Product questions

Creates a strong, waterproof film for the ink I'm making. Very happy with my purchase and will be back for more.

Great

Great customer service. Sad there is no retail store where I can see and touch.

I always have a good experience buying products from Talas.

Good response and quick delivery. Thanks.

Very responsive when original order arrived damaged. They quickly sent a replacement.

I have been purchasing materials from Talas for many years, and unfortunately, my experience with customer service has consistently been disappointing. The issue is not limited to one particular representative. Over the years, I have been assisted by different members of your team, and the level of service has repeatedly been below what I would expect from a company of this caliber. Response times are often extremely slow, communication can be difficult, and there seems to be very little sense of urgency or genuine willingness to help. As a long-standing customer and an international customer, I would expect clearer communication, faster responses, and a much more customer-oriented attitude. I value the quality of Talas products, which is why I have continued purchasing from you for so many years. However, the customer service experience has consistently been frustrating, regardless of who handles my order or inquiry. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made to both response times and the overall customer service experience.

I really like ordering from Talas. The book came fast and I am enjoying it immensely.

Telus always comes through. The products are excellent, and the website is wonderful to order from.

Your people are very knowledgeable about the products that you offer. I do sometimes get the feeling that they may be under a lot of pressure because of a time crunch. If you can easily afford an additional person who is very good and knowledgeable, it might be a good idea.

A wonderful online shop- easy to navigate, great selection and descriptions. Shipped quickly and seamlessly

Custom box for current and future color proofs for my small business products that I am keeping as momentos. Good quality. Should last a long time!
