Your people are very knowledgeable about the products that you offer. I do sometimes get the feeling that they may be under a lot of pressure because of a time crunch. If you can easily afford an additional person who is very good and knowledgeable, it might be a good idea.

5 stars on the product 3 stars on delivery, don’t get delivered by the time it said it would. Don’t get me wrong I WILL be buying more just need to see how the first 2 come out looking for what I’m doing with them. Buy here just give yourself a little longer window of time.

Fantastic quality products and service

I bought two kits and both kits' covers are too small to allow for the headband and text block. The text block barely fits even without the headbands removed. They need a bit extra space on the top and bottom, a good 3/16 would be needed for both the top and bottom. I had to remove the headbands on both books just so they could fit and they just barely fit and they don't look as good without the headbands. Totally unhappy with these kits.

He requested custom, made archival boxes, and the process was extremely easy. The shipping was very fast, too.
