Heated toilet seats are literally one of my favorite things in life. I’ve bought almost 25 of them (3 in my house, every bathroom in every Airbnb I have and I’ve even given a few as gifts🤣). Pretty sure I should have bought stock in Brondell, as many as I’ve bought😆

Good price - good product. We had to get an electrician to add a proper plug by the toilet, but other than that, it was easy to install. Big plus in the winter.

I only needed a new faucet for the leaking seals. Support team was very helpful in directing me to the needed item. It would have been nice to be able to purchase only the top faucet since I did not need any tubing or counter attachment. Might have saved me some money. New faucet was easy to install and now no leaking.

This latest purchase was our second Brondell bidet. We’ve been very please with the one we installed over a year ago and am happy the same model exists for our second bathroom. Installation is easy, and quality and reliability are great. The product is easy to clean with built-in consideration given this task. If I needed another one, I would certainly go this route again.
