I am annoyed by Japhet’s unsolicited response to an email I directed to Brandon as an FYI head’s up regarding shipping damage to a product’s replacement shipping container. Japhet’s email said, “Thank you for contacting Brondell Support. I'm here to assist you with your product inquiry and questions. ” There was no product inquiry nor questions. Is Japhat Constancio Pameron an AI bot? I feel disrespected and I resent being addressed by an AI bot defrauding to be a person. Japhet’s email also said, “You can track the details of your delivery by clicking here. The tracking number is 394930024831. ” as if I inquired about a late delivery. This further exasperated my irritation by indicating there was total disregard for my Bronell history, my needs, and making presumptions as to what my needs were. Until this time I have been highly satisfied and pleased with Brondell’s pre-sale and post-sale Customer Service. Notwithstanding this, whether Japhet’s email was in whole or in part AI generated, Brondell’s customer service organization and systems need complete revision and retraining. . I strongly recommend this effort be led by Tiffany and Brandon. Please respond with where I am mistaken.

So far it is great and I couldn't be happier. Very easy to install. Packaged well and shipped in a very speedy fashion. I will be recommending this brand to others. Only hiccup was the need to order aftermarket plastic 6 inch screws and Dremel them to fit into the brondell toilet seat bracket. Would be helpful if the longer plastic bolts were available through your website for those using a toilet riser.

I love everything about our two new Brondell seats except the way they creak when you sit down on them. Is there anyway I can fix that?

I purchased this model because I wanted a better quality bidet and because the insert models were creating awkward angles for my toilet seats and making them wobbly. The design of this bidet model is excellent. Here are some highlights. The whole seat/bidet is removable except for a small bracket that is attached to the toilet. This makes cleaning much easier. The lid and seat both sit flush, allowing the seat to be flat, and they come with very grippy bumpers that have virtually eliminated side-to-side seat shifting. The knob does not protrude from the profile of the seat, which makes it a) easier to clean, and b) harder to get dirty in the first place. I am very pleased with this purchase. My only complaint is that the shipping cost (~$50) was exorbitant for something shipped domestically. At that price I feel like it should be there the next day. That said, I think the price is worth it, just know that the sticker price is a decent distance from the total cost.
