A Great Flush!

The RC100 Circle RO System is good in filtering and giving clean water to drink. The replacement of the 4 filters was fairly easy. The location where each of the four filters goes was clearly labeled. It is extremely important to have each filter fully locked into place! Otherwise, the water flow will be extremely slow. I took a point off in the rating because the delivery took 13 days, and the dates of production for the filters were about 8 months ago. I ordered 12/30/2025 directly from Brondell. The dates on the packages were 2025-03-28 and 2025-04-04. AI said the filters should be fine if packaged well, which they were. The filters were made in Korea. Overall, I am happy with the system.

I bought a bidet 4 years ago and the knob finally broke so I went on the company website and saw where you could order parts. I found the knob and ordered 2 just to be safe. They came quickly and the knob seems sturdier than the original. It now works perfectly and I didn't have to replace the whole thing, can't believe the difference it make in using this. Love it.

Dealing with store and Ryan was great. However the part we purchased did not solve the problem of the leaking drain plug. New one leaked more. We even wrapped with plumbers tape. I had no issues with the first Brondell. This one needs work. The nozzle needs to be angled down more. It is still under warranty until February 18th. Not even a year old. First one we had for over 10 years with no issues!
