Good experience

I called the customer service line with a few questions and she was very helpful. I highly recommend this company!

the BEST

great service

Speedy delivery

You did fine…. The product was shipped in a timely manner, and boxed well.

Love these! It took a bit to tighten the screws so the seats wouldn't wobble, but I eventually got there. Super easy to put together. . . and use.

Everything is good

No problems shopping here. Seem to have great products and fast service.

I love it

The power button is difficult to find if there is a wall nearby on that side. A small raised dimple on the button would be a vast improvement

I have had positive responses with the Brondell product support personnel so far.

Great service and product. Smooth delivery as expected.

Easy and straightforward purchasing and installation processes.

Great customer service

I got what I ordered. And I love the air purifier

fast, efficient service!

Great product. I needed it for post surgery and it was just what the doctor ordered. Highly recommend!!

Great product! We use it all the time with ease.

I found the staff very knowledgeable and although I thought my toilet seat was round and not elongated, it was round, but it was a rare toilet so I highly recommend being sure you have a modern round toilet. Apparently mine is vintage only measured 14 inches from floor two bowl making it smaller. But I was able to use my second toilet and I’m in love with the product and the customer service.
