Service was great…but the plastic clip on the seat base is poorly designed and flimsy…buyers shouldn’t have to replace the base after only minimal use.

It was easy enough to order online though the user experience on the site could be better. Delivery time was reasonable and it arrived exactly as promised. This is my third Brondell in the house. The products are solid and hence I am a repeat customer.

Our experience with Brondell's onine store and delivery has been great. Our bidet was delivered right on time. It was a bit challenging to connect because in the process of replacing our water line's rigid tubing with flexible tubing we discovered that our old plumbing was done creatively. We now have even more creative plumbing, but the bidet is connected. I think we are going to love it. We have yet to have any experience with customer servince.

I was able to install pretty easily. Directions were sufficient. The water taste is acceptable. The only thing I don't like, after a year, the faucet has become loose and it is wobbly and shaky. The filters are easy to change as well.

I’m really with happy with my purchase. I don’t have it installed yet, but I think it’s gonna be worth what I paid for it. Goodbye. Good fender.
