Customer service was not able to tell us if the bidet seats would actually fit our toilet. Our contractor was finally able to get most of the information we needed but still had to use his own screws and washers to install it.

Bought three Brondell expats for our new house. Love the fact that the installation was easy and tool free. The design is sleek, anttractive and fits our elongated bowl perfectly. The bidet works as any non electric bidet should.

Easy to order. Installed the product a few months ago using the clear instructions. Accommodates the existing 1980s American Standard toilet, without fuss. Reduces TP use and virtually eliminates using disposable wipes. So far, so good!

While traveling I have missed my Brondell bidet, I finally got the travel version. I feel sorry for all of the weary travelers who are wandering the world without this device. It’s the greatest invention since the indoor toilet.

I love my Brondell air purifier, ordered due to a diagnosis of rhinitis/dry nasal. It’s been running for over a year, had to replace the filters once. I ordered replacement filters and didn’t get the black filter with the orange edge so I’m running it without that one but there’s 3 different kind of filters on this one machine. Definitely recommend for adding moisture in the air.

Ordering my bidet was easy, delivered when promised though not as fast as Amazon. They even suggested using Task Rabbit to install it.

great we have 3, god scent for my spouse who had multiple back surgeries, this replaced a unit that was 12 years old the white does not match the white of our Kohler toilets, noticeable to me but not a distraction
