I ordered a replacement part for my bidet through Brondell online. The part was easy to locate, was readily available, and reasonably priced. It shipped and arrived quickly. Payment processing was straightforward. Shipping costs weren’t great, but I can’t exactly blame that on Brondell. That’s been a common experience whenever I order online, I largely suspect due to inflation and fuel costs. Overall, I’m extremely pleased.

I ordered. and installed new filters. In the box was also a new battery, I also replaced that. It indicates that the water is filtered and safe to drink. Shipping was quick.

my brondell bidet had a blocked screen and the water filter and now I got all the pressure i want. the bidet is 3 years old and still working like it did the first day i installed it. great units.

Shipping and package arrival was fine however I feel like the product itself is a little faulty. The knob for rear or feminine is backwards from what is advertised and in the instruction manual and the pressure/ functionality is inconsistent

Everything worked exactly as it was supposed to. The scooter was waiting for me in my room all ready to go. I never had any problems with it. It stayed charged all day and until bedtime when I plugged it back in. It took me everywhere on the ship that I wanted to go.
