The service I received in trying to determine options after my last seat stopped working was wonderful. Very helpful. I bought a new model after 5 years of my old one and I love it.

Great product. Reasonably quick delivery.

Works great

I purchased left bidet attachments in preparation for right shoulder replacement surgery. What a godsend it has been! Very pleased with purchase.

Very pleased with our Swash 1500. Excellent addition to our bathroom.

Love the simplicity of this bidet! It’s so easy to get the right pressure and to clean for as long as I want. Plus the price is very reasonable and it comes with everything you need to install (even plumbers tape)!

High quality product! Highly recommend!

The service rep was patient and excellent. My selection of bidet has been great. My order came quickly. I highly recommend this brand.

It works clean as a whistle! Easy set up and well worth it. Put it on a 21" toilet, I'm sitting 5" higher up than people who bought the all in one toilet bidet. My knees appreciate it.

The parts I ordered arrived quickly and I'm keeping them in reserve when needed. They were packed properly to prevent damage in transit. Thank you for sending them so quickly.

Easy cheesey!

Great shipping and the part was way to find on your website

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent products and services.

I just wrote a review. Fast service. I wish the price was lower and/or didn't need to replace as often.

Wonderful product

Your customer service person was very helpful. Congratulations

Very helpful, giving me useful catalog information.

Works really well!

The staff person I have been dealing with has been attentive and helpful, but the unit purchased still has plastic manufacturing odor.

Product is great. Delivery was a ‘problem’. We ordered the product to be delivered when we would be home to receive it based on delivery lead time on website. FEDEX delivered the air purifier early and placed it at our front door. They did not cover it with a plastic bag, or even place it under the partially protected overhang at the front door. Consequently, when we arrived at the house the box was wet. Fortunately, the air purifier appeared to be dry, and unharmed. Predictability is as important as quick delivery.
