I found the staff very knowledgeable and although I thought my toilet seat was round and not elongated, it was round, but it was a rare toilet so I highly recommend being sure you have a modern round toilet. Apparently mine is vintage only measured 14 inches from floor two bowl making it smaller. But I was able to use my second toilet and I’m in love with the product and the customer service.

The shopping experience was easy and shipping was fast. Unfortunately our HSA did not accept this as a qualified purchase as they did not accept your medical necessity letter and considered this item a want but not a need for the HSA funds.

So far so good, not hard to install, looking forward to winter use.

Everything was good, shipping and ease of replacing the filters. Please consider putting water filters on sale sometimes or even free shipping on supplies needed to keep the drinking water system working properly.

Bidet knob

Installed properly after I used YouTube to check out installation.

I needed a small replacement part and ordered it online. I live in rural area and have a PO Box and need things sent via USPS. There was some confusion with my order concerning this and the parts were sent back. I called and the issue was corrected and my parts arrived the following week. Things happen and Im okay with that. What I really appreciate is the time and effort that was put into getting my small parts to me. Great customer service!
