Since I purchased my bidet wand, time spent on the toilet has improved greatly. I used to suffer from hemorrhoids. They are no longer a problem. I also am not spending near the amount of time on the toilet like I used to. Now, I do my business, clean my bottom with a gentle or stronger spray, whatever is called for. Then, a quick wipe with a wet-wipe to make sure everything's clean and i'm done!

Very good product. Easy enough to order. Customer service agents have been helpful and knowledgeable, but with slight accents that made me ask them to repeat their answers several times. You really should inform customers in the instructions that there may be water in the product as you conduct tests before it is packaged for sale. I only wish your seats lasted more than five years.

Water pressure is much stronger on the T44 than on my old 2016 Swash 1400. The only thing I don’t like about the T44 is the remote. It’s just like the BioBidet 2000 where it pretty much has to have line of sight to the receiver whereas the 1400 you could hold it anywhere in your hand and all the buttons worked. Not so with the T44 remote. Also, the remote is very thin compared to the 1400 and the button(s) layout is weird in my opinion. Would give 5 stars if not for the line of sight issue
