Experienced your product at a friend's house. We always just used a sprayer but upgraded one of ours. If quality doesn't get any cheaper thinner plastic we may upgrade the other. Looks good and easy install

All my contact with Brondell has been easy and handled with efficiency. Had a leaking hose where it connects to seat. A replacement hose was sent and all works great now.
