I was told by a very dear friend that brondell was the place to go. She was so right! It is aggravating that every time I have a question I have to give you my order number which is hard to find in my emails. But I do it and then the customer service is really exceptional and your selection is really good, I received the supplies I ordered on two separate occasions appropriately , paying for them was very easy online. I'm still struggling with how to change the charcoal filter, we did look for an online video and there isn't one. Hopefully my repair person can fix it but makes me a little anxious. They're also wasn't a good picture of the filter on the specific product website and the owner's manual.

This is my second purchase of Brondell bidets as we have moved into a different house. I thought my husband would balk at their use, but he discovered how nice it is to use. When we travel, we "miss our bidets". The Swash 1400s are well made, easy to install, easy to use, easy to clean, and have a nice silhouette. I have never needed to contact the service department because my original items never had an issue, and we had them for 5 years. The website was easy to use and offered many choices. They shipped and arrived in a week. Ladies, you will love the clean feeling after using it. I wish I had had one many years ago as a younger woman.

Our friends have three of this model in their bathrooms and we had another manufacturers bidet seat in our prior house. All that meaning we are familiar with Toilet Seat Bidets and don’t have the typically American nervousness around them. We bought the Brondell this time because of our friends rave reviews and the experience at their house using them. The purchase, delivery and installation was as expected; no fuss, informative and videos to install really helpful. The install was not easy (not because of Brondell) as we have a toilet that only allows access to the top holes for mounting a toilet seat. We knew this going in and bought the kit from Brondell for top mounting a toilet seat but the kit contained very long screws that didn’t work on our toilet (I found out the hard way and ended up destroying the kit during the attempted installation). I had to spend countless hours finding the correct mounting system for the bidet seat to properly fit. Again, not a Brondell specific issue. Overall, it is all work as it should, the custom user settings are a welcome upgrade over our previous bidet and our bums are much happier. Highly recommended.
