Outstanding customer service, shipped timely and received in good condition

Our friends have three of this model in their bathrooms and we had another manufacturers bidet seat in our prior house. All that meaning we are familiar with Toilet Seat Bidets and don’t have the typically American nervousness around them. We bought the Brondell this time because of our friends rave reviews and the experience at their house using them. The purchase, delivery and installation was as expected; no fuss, informative and videos to install really helpful. The install was not easy (not because of Brondell) as we have a toilet that only allows access to the top holes for mounting a toilet seat. We knew this going in and bought the kit from Brondell for top mounting a toilet seat but the kit contained very long screws that didn’t work on our toilet (I found out the hard way and ended up destroying the kit during the attempted installation). I had to spend countless hours finding the correct mounting system for the bidet seat to properly fit. Again, not a Brondell specific issue. Overall, it is all work as it should, the custom user settings are a welcome upgrade over our previous bidet and our bums are much happier. Highly recommended.
