I got the simplest bidet, cold water, but effective enough for cleansing. I thought I wouldn't tolerate water that wasn't warmed, but I find it soothing. This device was easy to install. It came in the mail in less than a week. I'm happy with my non-electric bidet.

The knob broke, seems to be a common thing. The part arrived in the estimated time ~1 week I think. It was easy to install. I think these knobs would last longer if the internal parts were made of metal instead of plastic.

Works fine, could have a bit more pressure but otherwise it’s fine.

I was just replacing a hose on my bidet that had started to leak due to corrosion. I was pleased to find the selection I needed for the part, was rather easy to find and the Part arrived as promised. As far as service is concerned, I really didn't have to deal with anyone, it was all done on line. Installation was a no brainer.
