This latest purchase was our second Brondell bidet. We’ve been very please with the one we installed over a year ago and am happy the same model exists for our second bathroom. Installation is easy, and quality and reliability are great. The product is easy to clean with built-in consideration given this task. If I needed another one, I would certainly go this route again.

Works fine. Our plumber actually connected a mixer with a hot cold switch that upgraded our bidet for more comfort.

This is my second Brondel in updating my bathroom. I installed a new toilet and ordered a new Rondell for it. Taking my old toilet and older Brondel and placing it in the guest bathroom. Love the product keep up the good work.

Good selection for what I needed, free shipping once an amount is met (otherwise shipping is a little expensive, especially for smaller orders and items), and good products. Shipping was not very fast but overall a very good experience.

I like your product, I have bought three of the swash 1400. Ido have a problem with the water filter I bought the threads were bugerd up. no matter what I did I couldn’t get it to not leak. should have been made of medal. poor quality. My phone no. Is 215-499-9126

I have no complaints about this company - shipping/ service was great! Easy to install. This is my first time to try a bidet and I'm still. . . getting used to it. I think it's growing on me! If I had it to do over again, I'd get a single nozzle rather than a double - easier to clean around.
