The staff person I have been dealing with has been attentive and helpful, but the unit purchased still has plastic manufacturing odor.

Product is great. Delivery was a ‘problem’. We ordered the product to be delivered when we would be home to receive it based on delivery lead time on website. FEDEX delivered the air purifier early and placed it at our front door. They did not cover it with a plastic bag, or even place it under the partially protected overhang at the front door. Consequently, when we arrived at the house the box was wet. Fortunately, the air purifier appeared to be dry, and unharmed. Predictability is as important as quick delivery.

Love these! It took a bit to tighten the screws so the seats wouldn't wobble, but I eventually got there. Super easy to put together. . . and use.
