Had a number of issues with order fulfillment (ordered two 63030s, order was split between two warehouses, first shipment missing small mounting parts, follow-on shipment “stuck in limbo” and not shipped) but got on with support and they expedited the SMP replacement as well as the single remaining strut for overnight delivery. Very pleased with the support on this.

This item broke rapidly after about 4 trips, it no longer shows any pressure, I would not recommend arb. I also purchased a top of the line arb compressor for over $400 and it didn’t last a few trips either (one of the connectors started to break)

Hi, I’m a big ARB fan. I believe I made a mistake by not opening the items earlier since I purchased them during the winter. Now that I’m getting ready to install my awning, I noticed that the nuts and bolts needed to mount it to my ARB Base Rack were not included. As mentioned, the hardware for my BaseRack Heavy Duty A-Wing Bracket (part number 1780390) was missing. Would it be possible for you to send them, or let me know how I can purchase them? Thank you — I always trust your products and truly believe they are the best on the market.
