Fantastic customer service

My experience with the Linx controller and the discontinuation of the handset has ruined ARB for me. I have now exceeded the cost of the controller by being forced to purchase an Android. You have lost a customer for life.

Have a lot of part for my jeep

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Order arrived today, sooner than expected and looks to be in perfect condition. (BP51 front and rear + springs + upper control arms). Can't wait to get these on my FJ Cruiser over the next few weeks when wheels/tires arrive. Overall very happy & satisfied so far

worked for less then three months, making me pay to ship to them to see if they will warranty it. . . terrible experience.

Highest quality recovery gear.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was sent a defective coil over and it has been weeks and several open tickets trying to get new ones shipped. I am unable to drive my vehicle and still can’t get a single person on the phone.

the associate or AI told me to look at forums on the internet said there was nothing they could do for me. really you sell me $1000 springs and dont help me with my problem. crappie customer service i think

I’m disappointed I’m not able to use my spring on new struts as they are on arb struts. And instead have to spend more money to buy new springs for the new struts that you recommend for my vehicle. Seems kind shifty to make a buck.
