Great customer service! I actually contacted one of your distributors first, Shock Surplus, and got what I felt were short, impatient answers that directed me in a weird direction to solve my suspension issues with my 4runner. When I asked for a little more info, they just stopped responding! Your rep in the chat, Austin, was very thorough and answered all of my questions and offered a great solution to my problem using one of your coil spring models for my front coil packs. I had your suspension on a 3rd generation 4Runner years ago and it was fantastic and trouble free!

Customer service was superb even when I had to cancel my return due to not needing the item anymore. The ARB team went through the trouble of stopping the shipment which was ready to go out the door. This affirms their commitment to customer satisfaction and I now know I can order with them with peace of mind if I run into any issues. Kudos to the ARB team!

My experiences with ARB directly and with their products have been great. My experiences with re-sellers of ARB products, not so much. I purchased and paid for an ARB roof console for my FJ in November of last year, from a company (Autoplicity) that claimed to have it in stock. They drug me along and kept my money tied up for over 6 months, (while I paid off my credit card, with interest) then suddenly cancelled my order just when the new stock was becoming available (now listing for over $100 more), and even though they cancelled my order, I still haven't gotten my money back from them. Absolutely disgusted and defrauded out of an ARB product that I very much wanted.

Great customer service, replaced my broken compressor no charge

Ordered a switch which was supposed to be delivered by USPS. They failed to scan it and ultimately lost it. When I contacted ARB because tracking was not getting any updates, they overnighted the switch using FedEx. It arrived the next day before noon (from FL to NY). When I contacted ARB, there was an immediate response. Very happy that I dealt directly with ARB.
