Customer service was outstanding. I contacted them with an urgent need to replace a part under warranty. After providing a brief video clip showing the failure of the part, they immediately sent out a replacement part, no questions asked. While it was inconvenient to have the part fail, ARB stood behind their warranty and took care of their customer promptly.
