Great product - fits and functions well - but the instruction sheets need work

I have bought, have been impressed with, and will continue to buy ARB bumpers for my vehicles. My only request would be for ARB to consider adding heavy duty aluminum bumpers for select applications where weight is a bigger consideration due to lighter payloads— i. e. , Wranglers, Tacomas, and the Ford Ranger Raptor. Speaking of which— i do have a second request/complaint: I bought my Ranger Raptor last year with the understanding that the Australian Ranger and Ranger Raptor bumpers would soon be released in the US. I even called several times to confirm with ARB USA, asking a variety of questions about this topic and to various people at ARB USA to confirm that the products would be coming, but here we are, one year on from my purchase, and in the third model year of the Ranger Raptor in the US, and still nothing…? I know I’m not the only North American ARB consumer who’s annoyed by this. Please look at the forums. The new version of the Ranger, especially the Ranger Raptor, is increasingly popular here. What’s more, you’ve already done the bulk of the engineering and production coordination in Australia… I know, because I used to live there and some Australian buddies have the ARB bumpers for their current-generation Rangers/Ranger Raptors and love them. They keep sending pictures, which makes the whole situation worse! Anyway, please finish whatever DOT filings and crash testing needs to happen to modify the Australian bumpers for the North American market, program the adjustments into manufacturing, and release the North American versions! You’re missing out on providing your US and Canadian customers with something they want.

Great build quality but mine were damaged in transit, and I think they just repackaged the damaged ones and resent them. They damaged ones had scratched at one corner and these ones do too.

Great Company. I’ve been using ARB for decades on my Jeeps, and with my recent move to the 4Runner world, it was the first place I came to look for coil springs. At some point, I’m hoping to save up for the full protection front bumper. Probably the only place I’d buy a front bumper from for this vehicle.

The quality of ARB products are superior. They can only be achieved by numerous years of real world testing. When you want products that stand up to off road demands and last, go for ARB.

My experience with ARB was not bad. I ordered my bumper. Bumper came in without the bumper badge wasn’t a real big deal. ARB sent me out a replacement overall satisfied

Not interested in doing review

Relatively speedy correction of a crucial mistake. The wrong parts were spec'd so the wrong spring delivered. My shop did their own research and was directed to a different part number by ARB direct. The 4 Wheel Parts sales people have bad information to go off of. My sales guy was not incorrect according to his resources, not blaming him.
