Easy to setup and install. took about 3 weeks to notice that the ice started turning clear. I've had the system installed for about 1 month and so far so good! Maybe I'm buy a new fidge and the ice machine will last more than 1 year :)

After watching the installation videos and using the included installation guide, I was able to install the whole house filter and water conditioning system. We can tell there is a difference to how the water feels on the skin and in the mouth. We are looking forward to seeing how the laundry and dishwasher and laundry washer do.

I have not have the unit long enough to see the hair and skin benefits. However, 1 washer machine and one shower running there is a noticeable drop in shower pressure

Product good. Customer service bad. Never received a call back from customer support and tried calling for two days but couldn't get a hold of anyone.

Excellent product. Works as advertised. I am now going on 3 years living in my new house that has a 700 foot well. My iron and manganese reading were not that high but I was getting rust color in my toilets and on counters. . . I purchased a 3 cartridge filter system that a specific iron/manganese cartridge that simply did not work. The Springwell WS1 was the answer. Installed for only 10 days, I have no rust color at all. Water tastes better too. I called customer support many times and received excellent support.

Great product easy to install

Your product seems to work well. Your service is the worse. After my installer set everything up. The Flow valve started leaking. Both myself and my contractor tried to contact the company several times. NO one got back to us. I finally found a store to purchase a new valve. $70. later, the new valve came in, we installed it, and we’re up and running now. No warranty. Plus, right after I bought the water softener system, they had a large sale going on. Thanks again gang. Sorry, No recommendations from me…

My water has cleared up of the iron content
