The whole experience was pleasant, easy and professional!

Ordered whole house, filtering system, including the salt, free softening filter. The components were easy to select and order and a current sale helped to keep the price down a bit. The equipment took some time to arrive, perhaps three weeks or so. The quality of the equipment was very good and went together easily and without surprises. We currently enjoy the taste of our water and have combined it with a reverse osmosis filter from a separate company under the sink for cooking and other super-filtered applications.

Haven't installed the system yet, but there seems to be a lack of coordination amongst order intake and fulfillment teams. My order was on hold for almost 2 months. Multiple calls and every person gave me a different reason. Sarah Kupra was supposed to add some discounts and potential compensation and give me a call back and she never did. All my items were shipped to the billing address instead of the shipping address. I had to call in once I noticed this on the tracking number to update the shipment, even though the team at springwell redirected it, the shipment ended up being split amongst the two addresses. This is a very elementary mistake that almost no company ever makes. I purchased the system considering the warranty etc. But it I ever need to use the warranty, I do not feel confident that this incompetent team will honor it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Would not get it again. SpringWell sent over the wrong unit and there was no response from them when contacted.

Installation instruction in writing and video are out of date (they did not match what I purchased) and they lacked detail. Customer service person even commented to me "half the time plumbers install the system wrong. " That was very costly to me. Also the water quality is still not as good as the antiquated sand filter I replaced.

Ordered the Well Water Filter and Salt Based Water Softener system for our home on April 24, 2026. Order was originally scheduled to ship the week of May 11th. We received an email stating that there was a delay in shipping and that our order was not going to ship as stated. Ok, I understand issues arise unexpectedly. Received a second email on May 22nd stating they were still experiencing delays but that our order is scheduled to ship by June 1st. No information regarding the status of our order, so on June 4th, I emailed the sales rep. requesting an update. His reply was that they have run into a big shipping delay. He stated that he has escalated the issue and that they would be shipping next week (week of June 8th). Again, I understand and it seemed like we would be getting our system very soon. I was wrong! We didn’t get any information regarding our order so at the end of the week, on June 12th, I called SpringWell and spoke to one of the sales reps. He apologized and offered $109 refund on our order for the delays. He said that he would have our sales rep call us, which never happened. It has now been exactly 2 months since our order was placed and still no firm confirmation on when we will be receiving or system. I will be cancelling my order and taking my business else where If you decide to purchase from SpringWell, don’t believe anything they say and only believe that you are getting what you paid for once it shows up at your address.

Easy install. We have very high iron where just filtering alone was not enough. We still have some iron but it is significantly less and no longer staining bathtubs or toilets.

We love it so much I just ordered another one for our Lake House in Michigan. The staff is fantastic with excellent customer service.
