All around great experience and product. Had excellent technical support when discussing whether this system would work for situation. The filtration system is very high quality, and easy to install with very basic plumbing skills.

My skin and hair have never looked better than since I installed my Springwell Whole House Water Filter system. Thank you making such wonderful products! Only issue I had was that my plumber had to make a gasket for the tube in my brine tank, as it leaked on the floor without this modification.

Took about 10 days to fully hit the chemicals but once it did it’s amazing. . the plumber they recommended was fantastic . . Steve Pettigrew

The Springwell house filter house system is working great and lived up to our expectations.

Instructions not that great. Definitely use the molykote when assembling the parts!

So far everything has been terrific. Appears to be quality product with capable support! I feel good about the choice I made.

So far I've been very satisfied with sales and the multiple questions I had was answered quickly. I had really bad hard water and chlorine in my water that wasn't ideal. My family loves our CSS1 filtration system and can't stop raving about it. I believe I made the right choice with the Springwell system.

So far, so good, however, we are a bit concerned about the flow rate which seems a bit slow post installation (not based on any actual flow rate data).

The system was very easy for our contractor to install. It is great that the regular maintenance is so easy. Already enjoying clean, good tasting water.

The whole house water system changed our lives. Better quality drinking water and showers. My skin doesn’t itch anymore and my hair feels healthier after the first use after installing this product. The area I reside in use lake water but has so many contaminants and major hard water. Don’t need to clean my shower head every month anymore. It’s been 4 months and haven’t had the need to clean it. Amazing product and so appreciative of their work. Glad I chose the Springwell product! I’m sure you will feel the same.

Works well. Most sensitive setting on leak detectors will create false alarms. Also water pressure drops a little with the filters.

It did not make much difference. I still get spots on appliances
