We just installed a whole house water filtration system. So far so good. We haven’t tested our water to determine how good it is just yet, but I will say the customer service is excellent. The representatives actually answer the phone and are very helpful. That says a lot these days.

System lowered my water pressure

The water looks and tastes better from the faucet. The scum build-up in the dishwasher has almost disappeared. Also the screens on the faucets are clearing up without us even cleaning them. It takes less detergent to wash the clothes.

We love our water filtration system and salt-free water softener. A lot of issues due to the hard water have been resolved since using. The water tastes much better and I no longer smell strong chlorine

Exceptional performance and service!

Purchased the water filter as well as the water softner product in July 2026. I love it so far! I hired the installation. This is the fourth system exactly like mine that he has installed. He likes the system and has one himself! The water is very soft and I love how it feels on my skin. I would recommend this product.

I had two plumbers help me because they were here for another job. The dirty old water exploded across the room and they needed a bunch of towels to clean themselves and the room. I'm glad I didn't do it myself but I'm not sure that I'll have plumbers available next year.

We are pleased with our new filter and softener system and look forward to seeing the benefits. Our faucets and shower heads were crusting over, and we were concerned about chlorine and pond smells.

The system I bought, CW3 (?) is not working as advertised! The middle filter arrived broken and I had to buy a new set of 3 filters and install them. Currently, the dishes and glasses have water spots and white material is forming on faucets. Can you tell me what can be done to remove water spots from dishes and glasses and what to do to remove white, dusty buildup on faucets? I spent a lot of money on this Springwell system and I need to know what to do to get it working better If it doesn’t work I will need a full refund as it’s just 4 months old and will start the legal process to get this refund. Please help me to get the system to work as it should

Mason Eckley as well as the techs were able to answer every question I had (and believe me, I asked every possible question) when choosing the appropriate water filter system with water softener for our home, including questions about how the hardness of our water and the clay soil in our area would affect our decision. In addition the techs helped me with the set up of the water softener as well as understanding the maintenance thereof. I am so pleased with our system, and I commend you on all the lovely people that I worked with at Springwell. In addition, I decided not to install the Moen Flo, and the return was seamless!!!
