I bought the system separately to avoid a big bill, but looking back I should have purchased the whole system together. That said I'm very satisfied with this water systems with the soft water being heavenly. I see that the rust in our toilets are slowly dissipating but acknowledge it will take some time for the pipes to clear up. Overall I would recommend this system to anyone with water issues for a solution.

Paid 3500$ for a well water system. Money was taken out and I had to wait over 3 months for them to ship it. Michael Marshall was so incredibly rude over the phone. Saying “I’ve done this for 20 years” but Michael failed to make sure the system I bought fixed the main problem with my well water ARSENIC! 4x the legal limit! He never even bothered to mention it, he also hung up on me at one point and never called back after I asked about what As(II) and As(V) a very relevant question for someone that has arsenic. He caused us so much trouble I don’t wish that on anyone else.

This system has performed exactly as needed and easy to maintain. Our system is a softener and charcoal tank filter system. Wonderful.

Springwell sent me a defective RO membrane where all water flowed into the drain but refused to refund or replace it.

I purchased the whole house filter system. I tested my water before I installed the filter system and I tested it after a couple of months. There was absolutely no change. The reason why I installed the filter in the first place is because we have very hard water here. Your system promises to breakdown the hard water so it doesn’t build up. Well, after a couple of years, I still have to remove all the faucet and shower heads a let them soak in CLR to clear out all the calcium build up. I guess I should've called, "Hey Culligan! Man"

We just installed a whole house water filtration system. So far so good. We haven’t tested our water to determine how good it is just yet, but I will say the customer service is excellent. The representatives actually answer the phone and are very helpful. That says a lot these days.

System lowered my water pressure

The water looks and tastes better from the faucet. The scum build-up in the dishwasher has almost disappeared. Also the screens on the faucets are clearing up without us even cleaning them. It takes less detergent to wash the clothes.

We love our water filtration system and salt-free water softener. A lot of issues due to the hard water have been resolved since using. The water tastes much better and I no longer smell strong chlorine
