Great product so far!

I had the whole house carbon filter installed (CF1) installed on April 18 and it has been running now for 6 weeks and has been going very well. Starting day 1 the water tasted better and everything has been great.

Poor communication on what was needed for installation. Sent to wrong address. Second unit sent and having to hassle with the logistics. Not the same unit purchased 6 years prior, i. e. some parts were included that were not when second unit purchased.

its better than nothing at all, we still have a slight odor to our water with minimal notice in change to water quality.

My iron system is discharging debris into my home water. I called and was promised replacement parts. Called again… “it’ll ship in 2 days”. A few days later, called again “it’ll ship in a few days”. A few days later “it’ll ship by June 3”. I started googling if this is normal or new, and what I’m finding online is this is a known tactic. Whether there is a true back order or not I feel like I’m being lied to. This can be fixed with an immediate, expedited shipment of the replacement parts that were promised.
