I was apprehensive about ordering at first. I had three or four other companies quote what I wanted, but all were expensive and tried to sell me more than I needed. Rob Levene helped me place the order and carefully explained everything, which made me feel comfortable moving forward with your filter system. I then called Rivertown Plumbing in the Myrtle Beach area. Robbie with Rivertown Plumbing was referred to me as a qualified contractor by Rob, and he was excellent. The system was up and running quickly. I asked him to install the piping inside the wall, and he did fast, high-quality work. My wife, daughter, and I all loved it. The water felt clean. The water coming from the city was lab tested and came back not to bad but still had a slight smell and taste,so we bought the CF1 whole house filter. I also installed a pre-sediment filter and it has turned out to be one of the best additions to the house. No smell no taste just good water. I would recommend Springwell Water Filtration System.

I want to buy a uv light with a Uav sensor port. Or a light with a louder failure alarm. I tried the option to get it to connect to the app, for notifications, that would not work. I want notification of a failure.

We've had the new Springwell water softener installed for about 1 month now and love it. We installed the system ourselves and with their instructions it was easy. Love this water softener

Have been using whole house water filter for long and decided to add salt free water softener, working well. Arrived on time but missing outer cover. Not sure whether it should have one or not.

Have lost water pressure throughout home. Wondering if it has anything to do with the filtration system. Need help and advice.

An overall good experience, but price drop credit request denied less than one month after delivery/installation.

Everything arrived as expected, except the tank cover. When we ordered the water filter, we were told that the tank cover comes with the package. We would love to get the nice cover with a Spring Well logo on it!

Installation done with ease by plumber. We are seeing the difference in the water.

Great carbon and particulate filter system that has made a significant difference in my water quality. Easy to install if you're somewhat handy and easy to change the particulate filter.

I still have hard water even using the water filtration and salt free conditioner.

I waited a month to see changes in our Water, and it looks good. Hi cost is why I waited so long.
