The system came quickly and was easy to install. We find that our water is much softer, tastes and smells better.

These systems are amazing! Within 10 minutes all odors and bad taste was gone.

Roves iron but if water sits, there appear to be floaters in it. Also, literally days after purchase; you have a sale that would have saved me hundreds. NOT HAPPY

My sales consultant was knowledgeable and on top of things the whole process through. I had to time things according to my move and he went every step with me. It was above and beyond what anybody could ask for today. My plumber put it in the ground everything went smoothly, and I’m happy couldn’t ask for anything more… I highly recommend this system!

System was very easy to install, and if you have any questions, customer support is very easy to reach and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I plan to test the water in a few months to see how much the filter is removing from the water.

After finding out our water quality we purchased a filter and uv filter as the sales person suggested. I installed it myself and it works great! My water tastes fantastic, and no smell. Great product

You tube self install is outdated . Components need to be labeled for people like me. Connection for your product to the home water supply should be a must in the purchase.

i really appreciate the professionalism of the team. from sales to support, everyone has been so helpful. as a diy project, and being my first time, i really wanted to make it work and it working well. again i’m thankful.

While we love the system the fact that it was delivered with no installation instructions was disturbing. It also had very few parts to aid with the installation. Fortunately, the plumber was knowledgeable and only had to make one extra trip to acquire the materials to complete the install.

Easy to setup and install. took about 3 weeks to notice that the ice started turning clear. I've had the system installed for about 1 month and so far so good! Maybe I'm buy a new fidge and the ice machine will last more than 1 year :)
