Installed but not used yet

Problem with future soft tank. Golden, yellow, amber slimy residue escapes from the tank and cripples the whole 2 story water pine system, faucets, showers, tubs, washer etc…. Per Gabriela, Springwell Water has problem with the fulfillment process such as future soft tank was shipped with cover instead of head and future soft resin should be white instead of gold etc… Management should look into this and take actions before it becomes uncontrollable.

Water is clear, feels fresh. Happy with it so far!

Moved to Orange county and I realized the water quality was so bad due to found out my hair was dry and very dead. After the equipment was installed, My hair right now is so silky.

So far so good. The only issue I have is that it seems like there's still streaks or sediment on my shower doors. Been using it now for over a month and not sure if I see or feel any difference on my skin.

It has been 1 month since it was installed and we haven’t seen a single improvement in our water quality.

I did the install myself, and I’m not a plumber. Everything works great and water has greatly improved.

This is the second unit I purchased and a totally different experience. The unit was sent to the wrong address after many confirmations. There were parts (hoses) not included that were part of my first purchase. When asked about what else was needed to make the purchase complete, I was told I had everything I needed. Both the shipment to the wrong address and missing parts caused extensive delays in the installation. Very disappointed in the communication and follow through this time and not making it right.

The system seems to take all the chlorine and bad smells out of the water. I like my system a lot.

Just what I needed and wanted. Customer service was fantastic and the recommended installer was awesome! In fact he’s our new plumber whenever I have plumbing issues. It was an easy setup and works perfectly.

Great but not too happy that right after I made my purchase you had a significant sale.

Water tastes better but the important thing is is much safer now. Our county has a high percentage of PFAS.

Does the Job. Worth the money….

I replaced my old Eco Water system with a Springwell water softener 8 weeks ago. I am on well & septic, and use iron reducing salt. In addition to the water softener I added a sediment filter in hopes of minimizing some of the red staining which occurs on fixtures, etc. I had to reconfigure the water lines to incorporate the filter, which took some time, but Springwell has plenty of installation resource videos. Everything has been running for about 8 weeks now. Not a long time, but so far I am feeling very satisfied with the purchase decision to go with Springwell. The quality is there, and the price was fair. Recommended.

So nice to be able to drink the water out of all of the faucets in the house.

Great product. Got the plumber to install it and haven't had any issues. Crazy to think this is cheap compared to alternatives at $9k
