We were anticipating, after buying the filtration and softener combo system that things like "sediment" rings would be a thing of the past. They are still on anything used to boil water. Super hard to scrub out.

Very good water softener. Easy to install and set up. The app is great at seeing how it is operating. I especially like that it tells me current water flow. I thought all the water was turned off but it showed a little flow and I found the leak.

Seeing leakage from the softener in the middle of the night when the water runs to fill the tank. Can you send someone to come look at this?

Sent my water analysis to spring well. The associate told me that I needed. He said it was fairly easy to install if you know plumbing. I installed it myself and after I learned how to use it my water is cristal clear. Very happy so far.

I have had the SpringWell System for almost a year and it’s a must have. Our skin feels and looks better, our laundry no longer has a musty smell after it gets dirty, and the taste of the water is unreal. I highly recommend this system! If you’re going to invest in anything, invest in yourself and your health. The customer service is top notch. You can always talk to an English speaking person who knows this product line inside out. We are very pleased with the entire experience!

Added water softener and it works great

The hard water buildup in the faucets and showers had to be cleared every couple of weeks before I got this installed. It has been 3 months and I have not had to remove buildup once. On top of that, the evaporative cooler has had the best summer since it was new. The hard water deposits in the water bar were stripped out within a week and no new ones have appeared.

With the full house non-salt system, we expected less water spotting after over 18 months. Cartridge filter changed every 6 months.

This equipment turned my nasty water to drinkable water. Customer service was excellent too!

Springwell Water Filtration & Water Softener Systems are excellent!! Highly recommend them and they cleared out all the chlorine, fluoride and hard water. Very much worth it.
