You charge my credit card on November 6. And I did not receive the product until November 23. There was no communication about the status of the delivery. This unacceptable delay cost me money and delays in the project. I will never use your service again.

Ordered and delivered as expected. It did not come with any bulbs… I see now that it doesn’t say it will come with bulbs but there should be a suggestion of the bulbs to be ordered so you can turn it on when it arrives!

correct product in a timely delivery

I live in a rural area where we have a community box at the intersection of main road. The order I placed was small enough to be put in one of the large compartment there, but instead was brought to the nearest post office probably due to Plumbing Online requesting a signature. That post office has opening hours catering for retired folks, not working people so it is now impossible for me to retrieve package. When I placed the order, I was expecting delivery at home, not having to take my car to pick up and take time off from work. The signature request from Plumbing Online changes the whole transaction for me.
