We LOVE our new washlet! It was easy to install and has been wonderful to use. It was such a simple and cost effective way to upgrade our toilet and bathroom. We did experience an issue with the product that was initially shipped to us, but the customer service was incredible and the problem was corrected promptly.

Great sale price and fast shipping

Customer service was great. Initially via email to confirm they shipped to MB. Then by phone because there were no tracting updates after the purolator label was created.

Toto toilet seats are slightly different than most elongated models so finding a replacement was difficult until I looked on Splashes Bath and Kitchen website and found just the right model and they had it in stock. Replacement went without a problem . . Thanks to Splashes.

Great service and super fast delivery

I've been in to Splashes on E Broadway, Vancouver, several times now and they are always extremely helpful and have a wide range of products in different colour ways. Would recommend them for a look if you are doing up your bathroom.
