Easy and fast

Great seller

Absolutely ridiculous price price for a plastic tub overflow plate drain & a cheap drain plug. $72 bucks!! Never again!!

Order filled quickly - great product

Product didn’t fit, falsely advertised.

Delivery on time and as expected.

Faster shipping than expected! Good product.

Very helpful on site pulling out things from the warehouse and helping me make complicated decisions. Great to be able to see things in person!

Product arrived in perfect condition. Price beat other sources.

**1/5 — Order #22011, Delta 24" Linear Shower Drain (DT0732413-CZ)** Splashes sells itself online as plumbing experts. I got zero expertise and a $1,000+ paperweight. Not one word of pre-purchase guidance. Nobody told me the Rough (DR73240) is sold separately — another $400 to make the drain usable. Nobody flagged that the order would be treated as a special order. An actual plumber asks two questions before letting a customer spend that kind of money. I got a checkout page. The listing describes what comes in "this kit": drain removal tool, hair catcher, height-adjustable frame spacers. None of it arrived. Just the base. So the description is wrong, and the fix for their wrong description is a 25% restocking fee — roughly $250 to undo their mistake. I offered to pay return shipping myself. Still 25%. I bought here on purpose instead of Amazon, to support a local business. Amazon sells the same drain and takes it back, no conditions, no fee, no lecture about "special order terms". That decision cost me hundreds of dollars for nothing. Expert advice is the only thing a store like this has over a marketplace. Splashes doesn't provide it, and charges you for finding out.

The shipping is really fast. Good quality of the products and well made. We are really satisfied and will buy again. A+++

Quick ship and easy ordering process.

The wrong valve was sent out to me by mistake BUT the staff there corrected everything quickly. They were excellent to work with. Correct valve was sent out as quick as they could.

Very pleased with the service I received. There was a hiccup with the delivery which was rectified immediately. Would certainly purchase from Spashes Bath & Kitchen again.

Service is good, thank you

i was having problems getting hold of this item, Splashes came thru for me.

Awesome

Everything went smoothly from ordering online to delivery in a timely fashion. I really appreciated you kept me updated.

IMHO a kitchen with a broken faucet is an emergency. I was informed that a replacement of the same product had a 4-6 week delivery time; no good in an emergency. Kris found me an almost identical faucet from another brand which was in stock! Quick pickup and I could install the same day. Thanks Kris!
