Everything was very easy and items were shipped and received on time. I still have one item that is on backorder and I’m hoping it will arrive as scheduled. So far, I’m very satisfied with splashes and bath.

I wanted to share the wonderful experience I had at Splashes, thanks to Trudy (East 1st location). I had ordered a part and needed to modify one of the components. I’m not a plumber and know almost nothing about plumbing or parts, so I expected the whole thing to feel overwhelming. Instead, Trudy made it easy. She was kind, patient, and genuinely respectful. She explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident, and she turned what could have been a stressful errand into something surprisingly enjoyable. The level of care she brought to the interaction truly elevated the experience. Splashes is fortunate to have someone with her communication skills, professionalism, and warmth on the team. She met me where I was, without assuming prior knowledge or making me feel out of place. She translated something technical into something approachable, which is a real skill. She elevated the interaction from a simple parts modification to a genuinely positive moment.

This was my first experience buying from Splashes. I called with some questions and was out on hold for a very, very long time before before finally hanging up. I then sent an email and received a response to my question I placed the order and then called and asked the order desk at Splashes Victoria if someone else could pick up the order for me and I was told yes, no problem as long as the person had the order number and my cell number. When my friend arrived they were told that only the purchaser could pick up the order. It’s a good thing I had written an authorization on the invoice for my friend to pick up the toilet. I was disappointed in the overall service. Love the product.

you did great. the product is not the best, though

I didn’t realize that my first review wasn’t including splashes I mentioned in it that we ordered the Toto toilet Tuesday afternoon and it was sitting outside our door Friday morning. We live on the Sunshine Coast so it had to travel to get here. Very good service.

The filters are doing what they should be doing. The service at Splashes was exceptional. It was easy to place the order. It had great tracking information and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
