Lynette in Castlegar was a big help to me. Very thorough, and willing to spend as much time as we needed. Even though, I did not end up choosing a product, I was very happy with the service, and will return again. Splashes has the best products in the Kootenays.

We had a wonderful experience at Splashes. We met Nicole, who was in training, and she did an amazing job helping us. She was very personable and aided us in thinking through all the details of our purchases. She carried herself like a pro. Splashes should definitely keep her as an employee and, in my opinion, give her a raise once her training is over.

Although the toilet pieces came on a pallet, and the driver could not get it close to my suite, he was still helpful in putting it where I could deal with it after he left. There was no possibility of damage, given how carefully the items were packed. I intend to paint and use the rectangular pallet for something creative, but at this time it is being a shelf on my deck. Maybe attach a flip-up table for outdoor dining? Feedback on Website: The descriptions could be better on the myriad of items available. Without salespeople to help, I would not have been able to decipher which toto toilet to choose. . . maybe a flow chart, with yes and no options?

Just wish it had been clearer that I needed to sign on delivery. Other than that, great experience
