Don't bother shopping at the Victoria store. They are disorganized and could keep their inventory straight - I was just purchasing a toilet. They also charge for delivery when here online, they don't. The toilet (Toto Drake) works great - quiet and uses very little water.

It took a little while to ger my order fulfilled as it wasn’t in stock. I got a very courteous email in return to my query as to why it was taking longer than normal. The product hasn’t been installed yet but it looks amazingly and amazingly well made.

Shipping wasn't quick because the rack was not in inventory and had to come from Moen first. However, communication and customer service was first rate.

Bev was so helpful to us when purchasing a vanity. The sale price of the vanity made it very affordable. When picking it up she was great! I wanted to share the wonderful experience I had at Splashes, thanks to Trudy (East 1st location). I had ordered a part and needed to modify one of the components. I’m not a plumber and know almost nothing about plumbing or parts, so I expected the whole thing to feel overwhelming. Instead, Trudy made it easy. She was kind, patient, and genuinely respectful. She explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident, and she turned what could have been a stressful errand into something surprisingly enjoyable. The level of care she brought to the interaction truly elevated the experience. Splashes is fortunate to have someone with her communication skills, professionalism, and warmth on the team.
