Although the toilet pieces came on a pallet, and the driver could not get it close to my suite, he was still helpful in putting it where I could deal with it after he left. There was no possibility of damage, given how carefully the items were packed. I intend to paint and use the rectangular pallet for something creative, but at this time it is being a shelf on my deck. Maybe attach a flip-up table for outdoor dining? Feedback on Website: The descriptions could be better on the myriad of items available. Without salespeople to help, I would not have been able to decipher which toto toilet to choose. . . maybe a flow chart, with yes and no options?

Just wish it had been clearer that I needed to sign on delivery. Other than that, great experience

We LOVE our new washlet! It was easy to install and has been wonderful to use. It was such a simple and cost effective way to upgrade our toilet and bathroom. We did experience an issue with the product that was initially shipped to us, but the customer service was incredible and the problem was corrected promptly.
