IMHO a kitchen with a broken faucet is an emergency. I was informed that a replacement of the same product had a 4-6 week delivery time; no good in an emergency. Kris found me an almost identical faucet from another brand which was in stock! Quick pickup and I could install the same day. Thanks Kris!

I based my rating on my 2 last purchases at an Andrew Sheret store and an online Splashes. com purchase. On both occasions, shipping and tracking a shipment were misleading and incorrect. At the store, I was told that my order should arrive for pick up in 4 days. It actually took 2 weeks to arrive. No one at the store could actually explain why the delay, other than poor service the courier. With regard to my online purchase , I received an email which indicated the item had arrived at the store for pick up. Unfortunately, It had not been received at the store. Furthermore, the staff claimed they had no way of tracking it because it was an online purchase. It did not arrive until a week later. I believe the automated created email system Splashes use is faulty, and could be improved.

I ordered a one-piece toilet, which was competitively priced. It arrived from BC to my mother’s door, in Ontario, in less than a week. I would do business with Spashes again in the future. Great experience!
