They have a very easy web interface for ordering, second to none. My reason for not giving a 5 star rating is the shipping took longer than expected and the tracking information was slow. Still, I would order from them again, just leave a little more time for the axles to deliver

Everything went great. Got what I ordered in a timely manner. Would have given 5 stars except I never received a tracking number. When I called to ask about the tracking number, the person who answered the phone was very curt with the answer, then when I was trying to ask for the tracking number, they hung up in the middle of my question.

Parts came clean and fast, I was able to install and replace the axle 5 weeks faster than my local vendor would have allowed. Southwest did preinstall the races into the hub which was almost missed by myself which would have created problems. Everything else was perfect, great products and amazing leadtime/price.

The website was easy to navigate, with the products easy to locate. Since I am in Texas relatively close by Texas standards, I had the product in a couple of days. The fit was perfect.

Packaging could be improved. One box was damaged. Axle threads slightly damaged. Was able to clean up theads with nut.

The cheep shipping was a big deal. Got the parts i ordered and included spare hardware for brake and hub assembly. I had everything I needed!
