Got me down the road just fine.

Excellent, knowledgeable, service! Fast delivery! Perfect fit! Not much else to say!

The wiring harness works very well and was delivered to me very quickly. Good Job!

One of my best purchase experiences online, yeah really. All the packages showed up way before i expected. I mistakenly orderded idler hubs instead of Electric brake kits, the re-order came really fast. These guys are good!

Installed these brakes on a trailer that had none and they fit perfectly. Boxes came pretty beat up from the carrier but all parts were there. Fast shipping at a good prices and great follow up communications from company on backordered products.

Worked like a champ, all parts were nicely packed and fit perfectly

Installed super easy and fast. Took longer to wire trailer, grease bearings and fill hub with easy lube axle. Kit had all hardware only needed grease and wiring.

Hello i got the kit oberall it was good. But i found one of the seals was damaged from bouncing around in the box.

This demco A frame coupler was really nice up grade to my trailer would recommend buying

Surge brake kit took about 5 hours to install, you guys should include the 4.5” x 1/2” coupler bolts or offer as a option, I spent 2 hours driving around to find some, ended up going to ace hardware. So far kit works flawlessly and stops my 4k boat and trailer with ease, I can feel confident that I can safely stop in a moments notice if needed.

Fast shipping and arrival. The brake kit fit perfect. I made a good choice by having the opportunity to get timken bearings and seals.

Can’t ask for much better, quick, accurate, easy to use website. Will order from them in the future 100%

Appears to be a good solid hitch, slid right into place. I gave the hitch 4 stars because you cannot remove either ball. When you have the hitch set for a 6-in drop, the ball on the lower side is very close to the ground. It would have been nice to have been able to remove the ball on the bottom side for clearance. Also a locking option for the hitch pins and the ball adjustment would have been nice.

Found Southwest Wheel online, noted they are located 6 hours away from where I live. Contacted and learned they had the axle width I was looking for in stock. Price is good, so placed an order. Order shipped next day, Received order within a few days. Axle and hubs were packaged well enough to prevent damage during shipping.

Arrived actually sooner than expected super happy with them the product will be ordering my axles from them for sure

It was very easy to interact with your website to find and order what I needed.
